A very disappointing ending to our Andalusian road trip.
Pros:

Lovely surroundings and good location.

Cons:

Sadly and also quite scary, we had a staff member enter our room at almost 11 at night while my wife and I were in bed.
And the apology from management was we made a mistake. Breakfast was just ok, with staff typing to remove your plate before we had finished eating.

Our favorite hotel on this trip to Spain,
Pros:

Outstanding hotel, in an excellant location. Made to order breakfast served in the gardens a highlight of this hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff attentive and answered all of our questions. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the square, and a stones throw to the winery, where we enjoyed the tour. Very short flat twenty minute walk to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art.

Cons:

I can not think of one thing that I did not like.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views from the roof top pool and bar
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed being able to sit outside next to the pool after a day exploring the town and it was especially lovely to have breakfast in the hotel gardens

Cons:

Nothing. The stay was perfect

Classy boutique hotel
Pros:

Classy boutique hotel in Jerez, perfectly located right next to the cathedral and within 2 minutes of the Alcazar and the Gonzalez Byass bodega itself, for which we received a complimentary tour with our booking. A short walk to the Plaza del Arenal with its bars and surrounding restaurants. We were unable to try the restaurant in the hotel as opening hours did not coincide with our schedule, but enjoyed a delicious a la carte breakfast each morning. We stayed here during the Feria which is a colourful and lively experience., the hotel provided a courtesy car to take us there. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff efficient and helpful.

Buena opción
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in Jerez. Helpful staff, especially Diego. Calm tranquil rooms and stunning view from the pool area. Ple
Pros:

Stunning view from the rooftop. Wonderful breakfast, and beautiful rooms. Helpful staff and all within reach of some of the finest sherry.

Cons:

No staff manning the facility on the rooftop so had to go to reception to ask for drinks or ice. An honesty bar would be a lovely idea here.

Fantastic location on the Tio Pepe Estate
Pros:

The location and the Tio Pepe sherry tour was fantastic. We particularly liked where the hotel was -nicest part of the town.

Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help and provide excellent customer service.

Quality of room was good but ours was on the small side. We could have had a bigger room. We saw one with two windows looking out onto the cathedral which looked fantastic.

Cons:

We stayed after the Ferier and the hotel felt a bit closed. The bar area was scruffy with empty cardboard boxes lying around. The garden which could be a main feature needed care and attention. We received an email offering us 10% discount at the restaurant which wasn’t open on the Sunday and Monday we were there. We asked to have lunch on the Tuesday and it was a very limited menu. If you want the benefit of the restaurant which is clearly very nice then check it’s open when you plan to visit
