The location and the Tio Pepe sherry tour was fantastic. We particularly liked where the hotel was -nicest part of the town.
Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help and provide excellent customer service.
Quality of room was good but ours was on the small side. We could have had a bigger room. We saw one with two windows looking out onto the cathedral which looked fantastic.
We stayed after the Ferier and the hotel felt a bit closed. The bar area was scruffy with empty cardboard boxes lying around. The garden which could be a main feature needed care and attention. We received an email offering us 10% discount at the restaurant which wasn’t open on the Sunday and Monday we were there. We asked to have lunch on the Tuesday and it was a very limited menu. If you want the benefit of the restaurant which is clearly very nice then check it’s open when you plan to visit
Beautiful, centrally located hotel with amazing views from the rooftop bar and pool. All the staff were so exceptionally helpful. Loved the welcome coffee in the garden too. Breakfast was good.
We had a ground floor room near reception was a little noisy.

We did not have breakfast at Tio Pepe. The location of the hotel was exceptional - within walking distance to all the big attractions, located within close proximity to the central town and also to the train station.

Estuvimos en la feria , nos llevo una señorita encantadora del hotel al recinto, y solo sugeriría que , aun pagando lo que fuera , tuviéramos la opción de contratar con el hotel la vuelta . fue caótico y frustrante el poder volver al hotel . GRACIAS!

Very expensive for the room which was dark, ridiculously small wardrobe space, no wastebin in the room, shower glass screen too short so water came out on the floor. Breakfast room very small with untrained young staff and the manager overworked. Very disappointing for 3,000 euros for two rooms for four nights.

The bedrooms all opened out on to the reception area. Consequently it was very noisy at times when people came in to reception and chatted to the staff, or each other or the staff were on the phone. This continued late at night when we were in bed. It would not bother some people but if you are noise sensitive be aware.

No hay nada que no me gustara
We upgraded to Room 27, which had its own terrace with views over Jerez Cathedral. The room and bathroom were a great size. Very comfortable beds, great lighting and plenty of space in the wardrobe which included a safe. Rooftop bar excellent value. Perfect location next to the Cathedral and easy reach of bars and restaurants.
There were only 4 sunbeds by the pool and 2 deckchairs, so more beds would be an improvement, especially as there was space for more. Luckily we had our own terrace but otherwise this would have been very disappointing.
Breakfast was chaotic when busy, we got our yoghurt and hot breakfast simultaneously, so all a bit disorganised.
