First off all hotel ka name hi galat he booking sunstar hights ke name se lete he or stey sanskar hotel me dete 3 baar room change Kiya , bekar bekar bekar koi mat jana is narak me
Staff was good and the room showed in pictures were same with room layout. We stayed in standard delux room.
The amenities and facilities requires maintainence. Lift facility wasn't working the staff told us it will get repaired by evening but we stayed for couple of nights but they didn't. Room was quite dusty on floors and beds, minibars wasn't clean. Washroom wasn't maintained properly like bathroom amenities were not working, flush, get spray, and faucet. The room we stayed, window latch was jamb so we couldn't close the window. The bedsheets and blankets wasn't washed. We even get skin infections later. This is all we got after assigning us the second room. The first they assigned us was totally messy.

There was a constant smell all around. And one insect bite me in the night.
It was all together a comfortable stay for 2 nights, staffs were good and humble and helpful as well. Mr Nain and Mr Ankit who were on the reception were very friendly humble and polite.
