Great place to stay and close to town
Pros:

Really close to town, a lovely walk for everything Christchurch had to offer. It had everything we needed.
Great communication.
Really clean, the cleaner was lovely

Cons:

It was quite small and box like compared to similar properties at the same price.
Maybe the addition on pictures, extra mirrors could make it a bit more homely

Pros:

Very comfortable and convenient for our needs:)

Cons:

It was a very cold time and we found the heating inadequate. The heat pump seemed to be set on a low heat and we were unable to change it. We didn’t bother the staff as it was only a one night stay.

Absolutely loved this place. Thank you for having us.
Pros:

Very clean and welcoming. Great location to walk into town.

Cons:

Nothing, however getting all our luggage upstairs after just landing 🛬 after our flight ✈️ was challenging. A downstairs room would have suited us better due to our age.

Prefect location, little bit of luxury in the city

I booked this trip at the very last minute and had hoped there would be a room available as I have stayed a couple of years ago. I was perfect

Very classy place, small room for sleeping and luggage but good kitchen and bathroom
Pros:

Lovely hotel, good access, good location

Cons:

Someone left the front unlatched _ there’s a key pad to put a code in and the door hadn’t been closed. Easy to do

Comfortable, convenient and cosy!
Pros:

Location was great, easy entry process because I arrived on a late international flight so felt comfortable that I was secure with checking in.
Room was really well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

Only thing was some noise in the street during the night and in the hallway in the morning. Because it's like a guest house style the other guests in the halls were noisy outside my door. Perhaps need different sound proofing for the room.
