Prefect location, little bit of luxury in the city
Pros:

I booked this trip at the very last minute and had hoped there would be a room available as I have stayed a couple of years ago. I was perfect

Very classy place, small room for sleeping and luggage but good kitchen and bathroom
Pros:

Lovely hotel, good access, good location

Cons:

Someone left the front unlatched _ there’s a key pad to put a code in and the door hadn’t been closed. Easy to do

Comfortable, convenient and cosy!
Pros:

Location was great, easy entry process because I arrived on a late international flight so felt comfortable that I was secure with checking in.
Room was really well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

Only thing was some noise in the street during the night and in the hallway in the morning. Because it's like a guest house style the other guests in the halls were noisy outside my door. Perhaps need different sound proofing for the room.

Pros:

Great location. Ease of check in. Clean and well appointed.

Cons:

At least two groups of other residents were very noisy at all hours throughout the night. Perhaps some signs up telling people they must respect other guests would help.

Excellent, clean and quiet!
Pros:

So clean and neat, looks brand new!!! Very quiet, accessible and cosy. Parking is easy. Room amenities were great!

Cons:

Room was a tiny bit smaller than I imagined but absolutely fine for our stay

Ideal place to stay overnight in chch
Pros:

Lovely small accommodation that is newly renovated. It’s down a quiet side street and within walking distance to the main centre.

Great stay, will be back.
Pros:

We always enjoy staying the The Parque, great location and easy parking.

Cons:

I think the towels need to be replaced. They are getting rather old and tired. Also would be good to have a full length mirror in the room.
The beds are also quite firm, maybe a mattress topper would be good.
