Saubere Zimmer, TOP-Service, Zentral gelegen im ruhigen Teil von Köln-Nippes

Große saubere Zimmer, ruhig aber zentral gelegen, sehr einfacher Zugang über die App.
Besonders Herausheben möchte ich das Hotelmanagement. Ich hatte meine Kopfhörer im Zimmer vergessen und es wurde schnell und unkompliziert dafür gesorgt, dass mir diese nach Hause geschickt wurden.

Cons:

Das digitale Tiefgaragenkonzept ist ein wenig umständlich zu durchschauen. Aber das ist ein minimaler Kritikpunkt.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that my honest opinion

Avoid this hotel if you value customer service and honesty.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Before and during our stay, calls and emails were either ignored or went unanswered, making it extremely frustrating to get any assistance.

There was no air conditioning, which made the room very uncomfortable. The lift was also out of order, so we had to climb three flights of stairs with our luggage. There were no staff available to help or even apologise for the inconvenience.

The Booking.com listing advertised a “city view,” but when we opened the curtains, we were looking directly into someone else’s property. This was nothing like what was advertised and felt very misleading.

The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of customer service. Whenever we tried to raise concerns, we felt ignored. On the occasions when someone did answer the phone, the conversation was unhelpful, and one call was ended abruptly. After that, our calls appeared to go unanswered when calling from the same number.

If something goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect your concerns to be taken seriously. The communication is poor, complaints are not handled professionally, and there seems to be no interest in resolving issues.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better places to stay where customers are treated with respect and concerns are dealt with properly.
