Gute Lage, fußläufig gut erreichbar, Gastronomie in der Nähe. Bequeme Betten. Leckeres Frühstück, Kaffeestation im Zimmer

Einchecken per Code sehr umständlich für Ungeübte, keine Rezeption, alles nur am Automaten zu erledigen, Buchungs ID funktionierte nicht usw., dauert etwas, wenn man es noch nicht geübt hat,

im Doppelzimmer nur ein Sessel und nur eine Kaffeetasse,

Boden und Möbel teils recht fleckig (kein frischer Schmutz, nur Flecken, die wohl nicht rausgehen)

abends lautes Maschinengeräusch vom Innenhof her

Leider hat mich das komplett personalfreie Konzept überhaupt nicht überzeugt.

Digitale Lösungen und ein unkomplizierter Check-in sind grundsätzlich sinnvoll. In diesem Hotel ersetzen sie jedoch teilweise den persönlichen Service durch zusätzliche digitale Hürden. Besonders der Zugang über digitale Schlüssel kann kompliziert sein, wenn man nicht sehr digitalaffin ist.

Eine persönliche Ansprechperson vor Ort fehlt komplett. Gerade bei Fragen zum Check-in, zur Parkplatzsituation oder bei Problemen wäre Unterstützung vor Ort hilfreich gewesen.

Für mich fehlt dadurch die persönliche Note und der Service, der zu einem guten Hotelerlebnis dazugehört. Das Konzept mag für kontaktlos reisende Gäste funktionieren, für mich überwiegen jedoch die Nachteile. Ich würde ein komplett personalfreies Hotel daher zukünftig nicht mehr buchen.

Cons:

Digitale Schlüssel sind eine gewisse Herausforderung, besonders wenn man mehrere Zimmer gebucht hat. (Welche Buchungsnummer ist für welches Zimmer). Hilfreich wäre es, wenn Buchungsnummer und Zimmernummer in der Bestätigungsmail angegeben werden.

Moderne Ausstattung und sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sollte um 12 Uhr zum einchecken möglich werden, leider war es nicht .Nach mehreren Anrufen versuchte mir ein Mitarbeiter ein Zimmer zum einchecken frei zu machen. Das Zimmer war nicht geräumt.
Die Reinigungskraft habe ich selbst suchen müssen.
Für die Leistung habe ich noch einen Aufpreis bezahlt.
Im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank.
Frühstücken ok ,aber zu teuer.

Überraschend schnell
Pros:

Obwohl kein Personal im Hotel selbst war konnte man mein problem schnell lösen. Man hat die Möglichkeit 2 Haltestellen Recht schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Flugzeuge die man hört und sieht genauso wie Krankenwagen Geräusche für Personen die einen leichten Schlaf haben müssen auf ein offenes Fenster verzichten.
