Es hat alles funktioniert

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für den Preis ein Witz, Personal gibt es nicht, von dem her ist der Zimmerpreis eigentlich nicht zu rechtfertigen. Die Bodenrinne der dusche hat kein Wasser mehr durchgelassen, wahrscheinlich weil da noch nie die Haare entfernt wurden. Das war ekelig

Praktisch, sauber und ruhig mitten in Köln
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, sauber und ordentlich. Die Dusche ist riesig. Die Lage ist gut und nachts kann man sehr gut schlafen, da es wenig Autoverkehr gibt.

Cons:

Es ist ein bisschen tricky in das Hotel reinzukommen. Da alles nur über Handy und Nummern und Code läuft es gibt keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist also für Leute ohne Handy quasi nicht zu nutzen.

Pros:

Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt oder nicht in Betrieb (Klimaanlage für das gesamte Haus), so daß es im Zimmer sehr warm war. da auch die Außentemperatur hoch war, war es im Zimmer zu warm. Durch die geöffneten Fenster war es dann auch hell und laut.

Für mich ist diese Art von Hotelaufenthalt zu unpersönlich und beeinträchtigt mein Sicherheitsgefühl
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für mich persönlich austeichend. Meine Begleitungen hatten am 16.5. knallharte trockene Brötchen und hätten sich mehr Vielfalt gewünscht.

Cons:

Das Einchecken und Schlüsselprinzip per Handy war umständlich und nervend. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben zwischendurch Plätze zum Laden des Handys gesucht, um abends ja unsere Türen noch öffnen zu können. Auch andere Gäste (auch jüngere) hatten neben uns Probleme mit dem Prozedere für das Einchecken und waren von der umständlichen Türöffnung per Handy genervt. Die Zimmer waren erfreulich geräumig aber abends zu schlecht beleuchtbar.
Der Spiegel im Bad blendete ohne Umgebungslicht unangenehm. Die Steckdosen neben dem Bett unter dem tief angebrachten Wandboard waren anzunehmender Weise eine Fehlplanung. Wenn absichtlich so angeordnet nicht komfortabel oder nachvollziehbar. Die Kaffeestation ohne Steckdose in der Nähe auch nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Fernseher ohne ARD oder ZDF Programme, warum? Die Tür von innen nicht abriegelbar vermittelte kein Gefühl von Sicherheit. In der Nacht vom 16.5. auf den 17. 5. gellten nachts ab kurz vor 1 Uhr mehrmals laute Hilferufe eines (von der Stimme her) jungen Mannes durch den Flur, gefolgt von lautem Knallen, vermutlich einer zugeworfenen Tür? Keine Rezeption, die man alarmieren könnte. Nachtpersonal zur Sicherheit? Ich war drauf und dran die Polizei zu rufen, weil ernst genug klang. Später wurde noch irgendein Gegenstand auf dem Gang geworfen. Klang wie etwas aus Metall. Noch etwas später schweres Kofferrollen im Gang. Was allerdings nicht zwingend mit den anderen Vorfällen zusammen hängen muss.

we want outside to the Neusserstrasse for breakfast. Wonderful street!!

Cons:

The shower is good, but the water splashes too much into the bathroom, what we call a ‘waterballet’. Could/should be improved.

Für ein gemütliches Übernachten ohne Personenkontakt
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung sehr modern offenes Bad zum Zimmer hin mit extra geschlossenem Toilettenraum! Betten sehr hoch und weich, geschlafen wie auf einer Wolke!

Cons:

Unpersönlich, da das Hotel elektronisch bedient wird und kein Personal da ist!
