It was memorable.
Pros:

We liked the quiet and serene atmosphere, the expanse of the property, the car transport from room to reception and the cordiality of the staff. All levels of staff were nice and respectful at all times. They would bend backwards to please their clients. We cannot fault it in any which way, except the note below.

Cons:

The hotel might consider warning guests how terrible the traffic conditions are especially travelling through Hanoi. It took us 3 hours to reach the Hanoi International Airport from Wyndham!! We missed our plane to Da Nang and all the activities I paid for and lost all my money. Then plane tickets and the events in Da Nang went out the window.
Wyndham staff should tell guests to thinks WAY ahead of departure times as they will miss their flights.

Sân vườn rộng, trẻ con có không gian để chạy nhảy, đá bóng, chơi cầu lông
Đỗ xe ngay trước cửa villa, dễ dàng di chuyển đồ đạc nặng, cồng kềnh
Bếp nướng setup được ngay trong mái hiên villa, trời mưa vẫn có thể nướng ngoài trời được

Cons:

Giường nhỏ, tủ không có thêm chăn
Bếp thiếu nhiều vật dụng cơ bản (rổ, thảm thấm nước lót chân khu bếp nấu và bồn rửa bát, dụng cụ vệ sinh: chổi, khăn lau không có)
Nhà vệ sinh phòng khách tầng 1 không có nước rửa tay :((
Nhà tắm không có thảm, khăn lau chân khi bước từ phòng tắm ra bên ngoài
Cần thêm đèn hoặc đèn có ánh sáng trắng (đèn chủ yếu là ánh sáng vàng nên khá tối)
Giá đồ uống khu bể bơi đắt
Buffet ít đồ ăn, không gian chật

Tôi rất thích không gian riêng tư của khu nghỉ. Cảm giác vừa gần gũi như được về căn nhà của chính mình nhưng vẫn sang trọng như một khu nghỉ cao cấp

It is a perfect staycation spot to enjoy for those who live in Hanoi and want to go for a short trip
Pros:

We booked the Junior Suite during Tet to get away for a day during the holidays. We absolutely loved staying there. The room was big and spacious. It had a lake/golf course view.
The staff were super friendly. We also ordered a dinner and needless to say that they had a 5 course local menu dinner that was so tasty and filling. The breakfast was also very delicious and they had a good variety of food.
They also have hot tub by the community pool and we spent a very relaxing time just sitting in the hot tub.

Cons:

There is nothing that we didn't like.
