Very friendly staff

Cons:

Better quality decaff coffee - eg from a machine or cafetière
Pillows were terrible - too soft and not supportive

Mattress was ok but a bit uncomfortable for us - we both have back issues

Mangelnde Sauberkeit, insbesondere Teppich grob verschmutzt, Badezimmer Boden wurde in einer Woche nicht einmal gereinigt, Bettwäsche hatte bei Bezug des Zimmers Flecken, keine Duschtür oder Vorhang, angeblich wegen Mo ntagemängeln, mehrfache Hinweise auf defektes Nachtlicht und defektes Display an Klimaanlage wurden nicht weitergeleitet, keine Parkvergünstigung

The manager would reach out and then ghost. Completely useless
Pros:

Absolutely nothing apart from the night staff. They were very helpful

Cons:

Every night there was an issue with the room temperature/AC . Still never worked despite them turning panel ‘on’ .Don’t ever stay here if you have a baby. Multiple broken cots. We were told there was a cot in our room by the manager (Nicole) when there wasn’t. We were awake till 3am with a 9month baby trying to fix a cot for baby to sleep in. We missed breakfast every single day because of the room temperatures and the cots smh. I brought all this to their attention they just ghosted.

Really enjoyed our first visit to Torquay, and being in a lovely hotel made our holiday special.
Pros:

Staff were really pleasant
Rooms were really clean and spacious
Breakfast was excellent
Hotel has a great location, next to harbour and nightlife

Cons:

The only problem we had was that we were looking on to a lot of old furniture and debris when we looked out of our window, room 36, apartment from that we liked everything this hotel had to offer.

Excellent value for money. Clean spacious and comfortable. Very pleasant helpful staff.
Pros:

My husband and I had an accessible room with wet room and plenty of space . It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Our view from the room was a wall and window of another bedroom in the hotel, which was a shame but it was o ly one night so that was ok.
