Breakfast was lovely outside, great options and worked for the whole family. Nice to have a garden and feel outdoors. Very nice rooms with balcony and great bathroom facilities. Very comfortable stay.
Top floor restaurant was lovely had to dine before 7pm due to kids rules, would be good to know in advance but had lovely meal.
Were only given 3 beds for a family of 4 maybe it’s suppose to be 3 in a bed?? Asked about airport transfer and was told to just look online myself, no offer to assist, think it was just that particular member of reception as others seemed more willing to help with questions during stay. Great hotel but not sure they want kids as it’s a social meeting hub.
The staff was very very nice the service was exquisite, breakfast was great and the rooftop restaurant and bar was great, I would recommend anybody anytime to go and enjoy the Social house
I had q lovely breakfast experience from the restaurant on the ground floor, it’s called THE OTHER ROOM. Everyone is warm and Sandra was the best!
The room was nice. Loved the silent corner, very peaceful for productivity. However might be a little too cold and even when the room temperature system is adjusted or switched off, little to no change.
The TV is great, but would love it if I didn't have to screen share from my laptop to play music or a film. YouTube is an option but it does not work. Would appreciate if I could connect it from my phone instead of having to screenshare or cast everytime I want to watch something, which often lags and could be slow sometimes.
Loved The Other Room Restaurant. Perfect customer service and appetizing breakfast. They're promt in taking and delivering orders.

The Social House is a fantastic place to stay. It has a very cool design and aesthetics throughout from the lobby to the restaurant and pool bar, The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable an come with great robes and slippers. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

AC did not always work and had issues with hot water
The Other Room restaurant and bar by the pool was lovely. Great staff, and good food. Egg omelettes every morning and fresh juices were just what we needed!

Popped into the 5th Floor restaurant at Social House for a late light lunch and was welcomed by waitress/server Kutula..she recommended Chicken wings and a salad which I paired with low fat decaf latte. Food was fresh and tasty service was engaging without being intrusive..views from that floor are giving...highly recommended

Excellent service good location and good atmosphere
I was in the fourth floor and I really enjoyed the view from there . I also enjoyed interacting with the room attendants and the young lady who did the turndown service for me. They are so kind and lively too . I will come back soon! Thankyou!
Stayed at Social House In Nairobi. Lovely hotel to stay in. Comfortable rooms, great hot shower and friendly staff. Abigail made sure we had a wonderful stay. Their breakfast and coffee is amazing and Ester was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Beautiful modern hotel with very friendly helpful staff from check in onwards. Breakfast was amazing and Esther gave us wonderful service. The chef made omelettes were delicious. Highly recommend staying here.
