Pros:

Lo staff è stato super cordiale, eravamo in luna di miele in più era il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto una sorpresa insieme a mio marito. In particolare mi complimento per il Signor Francesco che ci ha anche accompagnati dall'aeroporto di Palermo alla struttura, di una cortesia e simpatia incredibili. Giorni stupendi peccato siano stati così pochi.

Décevant - Pas à la hauteur d’un 4*

Hôtel à taille humaine , très propre
Beaux extérieurs bien entretenus
Chambre fonctionnelle et de taille correcte
Personnel agréable

Cons:

Piscine non chauffée , très (trop) proche du bar qui donne un sentiment d’être pris pour un animal de foire une fois passé 18h et venue l’heure de l’apéro .

Pas de salle de sport

Et enfin , le pire qui est pourtant un point essentiel de l’hôtel : la nourriture.
Nous avons été abasourdi devant la qualité exécrable de la nourriture proposée. Il s’agit de nourriture de (mauvaise) cantine, peu qualitative, industrielle, chimique ( encore plus pour les desserts) et sans aucun intérêt gustatif. On pourrait encore comprendre si le buffet ainsi que l’hôtel étaient immenses, mais non, l’hôtel est à taille humaine et le choix malgré tout très limité. Les boissons proposées suivent (mal), que la sous marque insipide, en alcool comme en soft. Même pas de bière locale proposée dans le forfait.

Il est invraisemblable de proposer un tel niveau de médiocrité culinaire dans un 4*, qui plus est en Italie et en Sicile, pourtant riche terre gastronomique.
La qualité proposée pour la pizza est criminelle. J’en ai mangé des meilleures au Cambodge, c’est dire …

Je plains les cuisiniers obligés de travailler avec de si piètres produits, servis froids la moitié du temps qui plus est. Nous avons du aller manger en partie à l’extérieur dès notre 2eme jour sur place devant un tel carnage.

Si on s’attend pas à manger dans un restaurant Michelin dans ce genre d’établissement, on espère définitivement à mieux dans un 4* et qui plus est au regard du prix payé.

Expérience décevante que nous ne renouvellerons définitivement pas.

Stay was fine.
Pros:

The size of the resort was good. Not crowded. Very clean. Beautiful property. Location was good to visit other places in the area.

Cons:

I expected the food to be better since I was in Italy.
The beach was not the nicest for swimming when we were there.
