Well managed property, modern, clean, excellent breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Loved my view from the 5th floor. The staff is superb! The bathroom has very good water pressure.
The lighting is weak by the sink area, and not easy for shaving.

Nice hotel , comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel was a little walk out of the centre but we didn’t mind that. Nice breakfast.
My rating would have been 10 but I found the room a little dark, it needed a bit more lighting and the balcony floor needed some attention.
Comfortable spacious room with a view of the city, popular cafe on site with baked goods and specialty coffee, helpful staff, quieter but still central neighborhood.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable and in a great location near the old harbor. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the center. My room had nice views of the city and the harbor. Grocery stores, restaurants, and bus stop #17 were conveniently close to the hotel. The staff were very friendly. I appreciated being able to store my luggage in a locker in the lobby after I checked out.
I do not have any criticisms of the property. I would stay here again.
Stayed in the North wing part of the hotel with a corner room. Had stunning views across the city and surrounding landscape. Great sized room with a super comfortable bed.
There’s nothing I can say we didn’t like at all.
The spa was amazing and very modern. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection to meet all taste.

really good breakfast. excellent quality, plentiful and lots of thoughtful extras (like cod liver oil!) added bonus was the coffee shop and pastry shop next door. comfortable room, bath and excellent shower, kettle, fridge, nice to have the basin/vanity separate from the bathroom. ironing facilities, we could see the sea from the bedroom window (and northern lights!) its in a nice location, slightly out of the centre, but tourist bus stop nearby and plenty of restaurants and attractions in the area.
maybe blackout curtains? but it was warm and comfortable. it was pricey, but that is what is to be expected in the area. Overall, no complaints and would recommend.

I loved the relax atmosphere of the hotel and the spa was amazing!
There was nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was super busy, with barely any place to sit, this is the only hotel I have stayed in for this whole trip without salmon or char at breakfast and this hotel is not the cheapest one among all the hotels I have stayed in on this trip. The amount shown on my booking confirmation plus all the stuff inside, including tax is about 329 pounds, but I got charged 351 pounds somehow. I don't really get it. The room is just like that; the carpet does not seem very clean. Netflix doesn't work on the TV. I would not argue with my friend if they wanna live in this hotel on a future trip but I will definitely not recommend it.
