Zimmer sehr klein, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Schönes Hotel in guter Lage zur City. Das Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings auch sehr voll, da viele Gäste um 7 Uhr beim Frühstück waren. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aber aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt (über 300 € pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück) aber für Island wahrscheinlich normal.
Frühstück um 7 Uhr völlig überfüllt (Reisezeit Juli).

המיקום קצת רחוק ממרכז העיר = בערך רבע שעה של הליכה מצד שני יש חניה בחינם לא רחוק מהמלון .
Although the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, the location is still great, because it's quiet and there are multiple grocery stores, restaurants and museums close by.
Hotel is very clean, room is comfortable and we were lucky that our room was on the 6th floor with a nice view on the church.
Breakfast was nice with good variety, although I feel like they could switch up the dishes from time to time, it's the same every day.
Hotel is definitely on the pricy side and it's unfortunate that the spa costs extra, there should be one free spa entry included if you stay for three or more nights or something like that.
Also, they could provide more umbrellas to borrow since it rains a lot and umbrellas were always taken.

Les chambres de cet hôtel sont très vieillissantes et auraient vraiment besoin d’être rénovées. Pour un établissement classé quatre étoiles, le niveau de qualité est décevant.
Le service du petit-déjeuner est particulièrement désorganisé. Les aliments ne sont pas réapprovisionnés suffisamment rapidement, ce qui oblige souvent les clients à attendre. L’hôtel accueille de nombreux grands groupes de touristes, ce qui rend la salle du petit-déjeuner très encombrée et le service difficile à gérer.
Dans ces conditions, l’expérience proposée ne correspond malheureusement pas aux standards que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel quatre étoiles.
