Pros:

I had a  pleasant stay at this guesthouse. The location is convenient, with easy access to the train station. There is also a supermarket close by, which made it very easy to shop for daily necessities. The facilities inside the guesthouse are well-equipped, especially for cooking, which added a lot of convenience to the stay. The interior is newly renovated, clean, and well-maintained.

Cons:

We stayed at this guesthouse as a group of four adults, and the space felt a bit cramped for us. The electricity supply was somewhat unstable, and we had to reset the power from the circuit breaker during our stay. Additionally, the frying pan provided in the kitchen was heavily worn and not usable, which was inconvenient when trying to cook.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Prague, l’appartement est assez bien situé

Cons:

Logement un peu bruyant.
Petite fuite au niveau du robinet de la douche, quand on l’ouvre de l’eau coule depuis le robinet contre le mur.
Quand on fait fonctionner la VMC de la salle de bains, il y a des remontées d’air vicié en provenance du siphon de la douche.
Ce sont des détails qui ne sont pas très gênants

Čisté ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě
Pros:

Apartmán byl velmi čistý. Lokalita super. Připravené ručníky a osušky byly příjemné, utěrka v kuchyni se hodila.

Cons:

Do a z "luggage room" se musí po schodech (1 patro) - pro mamku to už bylo náročnější... K pokojům od vstupu do domu pak už vedou výtahy.

Veľkosť, vybavenie, lokalita.

Cons:

Zaslanie kódov na otvorenie brány a vstupných dverí bolo podmienené zaslaním fotokópie občianskych preukazov. Keby som o tom vedel dopredu, asi by som si toto ubytovanie nerezervoval. Bohužiaľ už bolo neskoro, platba bola zrealizovaná.

V cene bolo uvedené, že obsahuje aj mestskú daň a tú sme museli platiť zvlášť na mieste v hotovosti.

Pros:

Clean, very quiet and spacious room with high ceilings with not-overcrowded part of the city. Simple design and modern equipment. Nice district with a lot of beautiful buildings. Easy access. No problems during two-nights stay.

Zelo smo bili zadovoljni z nastanitvijo in preprostostjo vstopa in izstopa iz nepremičnine.
Pros:

Lokacija je praktično center mesta. Sicer smo družina, ki veliko hodi in smo brez težav do vseh znamenitosti šli peš. Pohvalil bi tudi izredno preprost vstop in izstop iz stanovanja.

Cons:

Ni parkirišča, tista ki so pa na voljo so izredno draga. Sicer ni krivda najemodajalcev, vendar vseeno pripomba na glasne sosede ki so sredi noči prihajali domov.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, cerca del metro y del tranvia. En el centro en pocos minutos. Todo limpio. Te dejan lo necesario para empezar tu viaje. Café, té, pastillas lavavajillas. Buenos sitios para cenar cerca si vuelves cansado.

Cons:

El tostador no funcionaba ( tampoco llamamos para que lo cambiaran) . Deberian comprobarlo antes. Las camas son cómodas pero las almohadas infernales. Y sobre todo, eché de menos tener una caja fuerte para guardar la documentación.
