函館市内から距離はありますが、価格サービスでとても快適
Pros:

施設内とても綺麗
朝食無料だけではなく、「夕食にカレーもご用意しています。」食事を済ませたのでいただけませんでしたが、近隣に飲食店があまりなかったので、ありがたいサービスです

Cons:

駐車場が遠い
横の駐車場が満車のため、駅横の立体を利用してくださいと案内ありましたが、宿泊者用のスペースは確保して欲しかった。

きれいで静かな部屋。夕食にカレーライスのサービスがあってびっくり。コーヒーも朝食も美味しかった。

Great hotel, convenient location for taking the shinkansen
Pros:

Great hotel located a 1 minute walk from JR Shin Hakodate Hokuto station (the shinkansen station). I used this hotel after going to the Nebuta festival in Aomori, and even though I arrived at midnight, checking in was no problem. The room was comfortable with a nice view, and the staff were very nice. There is a free breakfast included in the morning which is great because there aren't any other breakfast options in the area.
