Great hotel, convenient location for taking the shinkansen
Pros:

Great hotel located a 1 minute walk from JR Shin Hakodate Hokuto station (the shinkansen station). I used this hotel after going to the Nebuta festival in Aomori, and even though I arrived at midnight, checking in was no problem. The room was comfortable with a nice view, and the staff were very nice. There is a free breakfast included in the morning which is great because there aren't any other breakfast options in the area.
