Warm and inviting hotel where the staff are friendly and welcoming. The pool is perfectly located in the shade. The rooms a big and the bed was large and firm.
Ai and the reception team soo good to deal with, nothing was a problem. Washing is cheap and arrived back in the afternoon.
Location is out of the way, but with a Grab ride of less than 40k, it’s not an issue to get into town.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights wonderful staff especially Hailey on reception who helped book all our tours and Teang in the restaurant very helpful and Kim chi and Phang .Hotel clean and food good would stay again.
We were well looked after by Trang and the team in the restaurant and Chi and the team in reception. Food and drinks were delicious and atmosphere welcoming.

The pho (chicken offered by room service was delicious, king bed was very comfortable and two separate doonas was very practical touch, it prevented our regular tussle during the night. Well deserving of its name Shining!! The street entry to the property may initially seem deceiving however upon arrival absolutely warm, beautiful and welcoming!! Staff exceptional - especially Hayley, Hanh, Len and with our foot reflexology, Van. Highly recommend staying!!!
Pool is great.
Double bed was two singles pushed together. Two duvets of different sizes were used as blankets. Very poor set up.
