We have been to many places in the world, but we have never experienced such kindness and helpfulness. Program organization, nice surprises, gift massage, and everyone is full of smiles. Ms. Trang, Tu, Katie, Linh, Min, Tan were especially attentive to us.
The Hotel is in a great location, beautiful, clean, the pool is fantastic, the food is exceptionally delicious, away from all the noise, but still close to the old town.
We can only recommend it to everyone, we would be happy to go back anytime!

A special thanks to Kim Chi in the reception this morning, whom gave outstanding advice for activities to do around town and I ended up having an amazing afternoon and evening, including The Memories Show. She helped me with bookings and route advice making it all so much easier.

The little extra check after cleaning the room could be improved. And I am super greatfull for the staff that found and took good care of my forgotten earbuds.

The service and ammenities here were absolutely amazing, the staffs couldn't be kinder and were very helpful, especially Chi :) We stayed for two nights and it was very relaxing and enjoyable, the breakfast was diverse and full of variety; delicious! Next time we're in Hoi An, we'll definitely be staying here. Highly recommend 😊

We had such a beautiful time in Vietnam, the culture, the people and oh don’t forget about the food, all amazing! The staff at Shining Riverside Hoian, were amazing, thank you to Trang that always checked that we were okay and enjoying our meals 👌 will we be back in Vietnam 🇻🇳 most definitely 💯

The staff went over and above to help us. Called taxis, always welcomed us back with a friendly hello and if we needed anything- were so quick to be there. Great location, lovely rooms and amenities- simply spectacular. Kim Chi was particularly excellent as were all the kitchen and breakfast staff. 👌🏼 highly recommend

The hotel is SO pretty - there are a heap of locations we just wanted to take photos at within the grounds! And it has cute farming next door, stunning views of sunrise and is only a short 1.5km walk to Old Town if you’d prefer not to cab. Or it was 50K dong fee on e-taxis.
The breakfast Buffet was almost overwhelming with the choices available. And the pool is a perfect afternoon hangout spot as it’s shaded by the building, nice and refreshing

This Hotel is fantastic. My Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. Our room was super luxurious, the breakfast fantastic and the Staff friendly, attentive and very professional. We made use of the complimentary hotel bicycles to explore Hoi An and rented a bike next door to explore Da Nang. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this gem to any traveller.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful Boutique Hotel in May for 6 nights. Our experience was outstanding. Our room was absolutely beautiful. All of the staff are helpful & friendly, from giving advice to ordering electric carts to take us into Old Town Trang is amazing and also the staff at Breakfast. The Hotel is spotlessly clean & is very well-maintained. The Hotel is perfectly situated near local restaurants, 5-10 minutes walk. Great Happy Hour between 4.00-6.00pm daily.
We used the Hotel spa daily and the prices were very reasonable.
We loved it so much we are returning in 2027!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this boutique hotel. All the staff, and especially Jenny in reception and Trang, were very helpful. From sorting a room change, to organising transport, nothing was too much trouble.

The location was great. We enjoyed an authentic Vietnamese meal one night at a local restaurant, just 5-10 minutes walk away. The old town, markets and riverside are easily accessible by a short electric buggy ride for a small charge. It was nice to come back on a hot day, and relax by the pool. We enjoyed really good cocktails at Happy hour each night, the best we had in Vietnam. Breakfast was great as well.

Don't miss a ride in the basket boats in the coconut forest while in Hoi An. Great fun.
