Modernes Stadthotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Bequeme Betten, schönes Design, schöne Blicke über Frankfurt. Tischtennis in der Lobby. Kostenloses Parken in den umliegenden Straßen.

Cons:

In der Skybar werden nur Cocktails angeboten. Kein Bier, kein Wasser, keine Softdrinks. Auf der Terrasse waren nur Raucher. Außerdem haben wir ewig gewartet.

Insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht.

Saubere moderne Zimmer

Cons:

Der Anlass unseres Aufenthalts war der Geburtstag meiner Frau. Im Vorfeld hatte ich mehrfach per E-Mail Kontakt mit dem Hotel, um eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit oder Dekoration für das Zimmer zu organisieren. Leider wurde davon nichts umgesetzt – weder eine Karte noch eine kleine Dekoration oder irgendeine andere Aufmerksamkeit. Das war besonders enttäuschend.

Das Thema Parken empfand ich ebenfalls als unglücklich gelöst. Auf Booking wird mit Parkmöglichkeiten geworben, allerdings konnte ich weder in den E-Mails noch im Online-Check-in Informationen zu den anfallenden Kosten finden. Auch bei der Einfahrt ins Parkhaus ist mir keine Preistafel aufgefallen. Daher war ich beim Check-out überrascht, als mir Parkgebühren in Höhe von 45 € für einen Tag berechnet wurden. Den Preis empfinde ich für die Lage in Bockenheim zudem als sehr hoch, da in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels viele Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Hätte ich die Parkgebühren im Vorfeld gekannt, hätte ich die paar Minuten Fußweg gerne in Kauf genommen und außerhalb des Hotels geparkt. Mehr Transparenz zu den Kosten vor der Anreise hätte ich hier sehr begrüßt.

Das Zimmer war für den Preis recht klein. Der Balkon war zwar vorhanden, aber so klein, dass er für uns kaum einen Mehrwert bot. Außerdem funktionierte die Steckdose am Bett nicht und im Badezimmer fehlten nahezu vollständig Ablageflächen, sodass wir unsere Kulturbeutel auf dem Boden abstellen mussten.

Der Sauna- und Relaxbereich ist grundsätzlich schön gestaltet. Leider war die Sauna während unseres Aufenthalts nur auf etwa 30–40 °C aufgeheizt und damit praktisch nicht nutzbar. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass sich jemand darum kümmern würde. Nach über 30 Minuten Wartezeit hatte sich jedoch nichts geändert, sodass wir unverrichteter Dinge wieder auf unser Zimmer gegangen sind.

Von der Executive Lounge für Level-Gäste hatte ich deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Optisch macht sie einen guten Eindruck und das Angebot ist grundsätzlich gut.
