Cons:

My recent stay at Meliá Frankfurt was very disappointing. Despite the great facilities and prime location, the staff's attitude was cold and indifferent. They messed up my room reservation and showed no willingness to help resolve the issue. Additionally, the front desk phone was left completely unanswered. I was also 'forced' to provide my email to register for the membership program without any explanation—a practice I have never encountered at any other Meliá properties.

Angesichts des Preises hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet
Pros:

Die Lage zum Naturkundemuseum ist sehr gut

Cons:

Ein Zugang zum Haus und zum Autokeller war ohne Kontrolle möglich
bei den Preisen (Frühstück 29 Euro pro Person) haben wir auf das Frühstück verzichtet
