Acacia Mansion Hotel

Tout était parfait. En particulier, le personnel et omer, le réceptionniste, exceptionnellement serviable et sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Idéal !

Omer was extremely helpful and always available for any help or any information we needed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to the historical sites in instanbul.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima a pochi minuti a piedi dalle più belle attrazioni di Istanbul come là moschea blu la basilica cisterna la moschea di santa Sofia e il palazzo Topkapı , il personale é molto gentile disponibile e pronto ad aiutare, la camera era piccola ma pulitissima con una bella doccia, ci cambiavano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni, la colazione era abbondante ricca di tutti i cibi sia dolci che salati e frutta e marmellate e succhi di frutta

Omer an der Rezeption war unglaublich nett und hat uns gleich herzlich willkommen geheißen. Der Standort ist ebenfalls unglaublich gut gelegen und man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Acacia Mansion hotel.
On arrival I was greeted with a glass of Turkish tea and this gesture set the tone for my stay.
Omer at reception was very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel is in a very good location, on a nice street with a vibrant feel to it.
The Havaist bus stop is a short 5 minute walk.
Breakfast is buffet style with a range of dishes.
I also enjoyed the restaurant adjoining the hotel in the evenings, good food, nice beer, warm hospitality.

Omer is a very friendly and welcoming host. We really enjoyed our stay in Acacia Mansion Hotel which was very near the main sights. Thumbs up!

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! We came all the way from America, and the hospitality we received at Acacia Mansion Hotel was incredible — honestly, even better than what we’ve experienced at many hotels back home.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly respectful, attentive, organized, and genuinely kind. Every single time we walked in or out, we were greeted with a smile. You can truly tell that they care about their guests and take pride in their hotel.

The hotel and our room were extremely clean, and our room was cleaned every single day, which we really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, and they even provided a prayer mat in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. Anytime we needed anything or had a question, the staff responded almost immediately — literally within a minute!

Breakfast being included was wonderful, and having the restaurant downstairs open until late was SO convenient after long days exploring Istanbul. They really thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay.

What stood out the most, though, was the people. The hospitality here is something we will remember. They made us feel welcomed, comfortable, cared for, and at home even though we were thousands of miles away from ours.

We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Istanbul and would recommend Acacia Mansion Hotel without hesitation. Thank you to the entire staff for making our trip even more special!! 💛 (btw, they even recorded our bed for our anniversary + fruits at no extra cost!!)

Location was great, receptionist was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and concerns.

They helped us with the parking, both prior to arrival and upon arrival. Room was cleaned every day. The restaurant outside the hotel had delicious food and the personal were splendid.

Zimmer: zweckmäßig und man hatte Platz für die Koffer
Bad: wurde leider nicht richtig sauber gemacht
Personal: freundlich und hilfsbereit
Internet: mehr als dürftig
Bar: Drinks und Wasserpfeife
Lage: unschlagbar😊 - fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia & Co

We asked for a quiet room on the top floor, preferably not facing the restaurant, and our request was taken into account. The room was perfectly located, very quiet, and very clean.

The food at the hotel restaurant was also very good.

A special mention goes to Omar for his kindness and willingness to help us throughout our stay in Istanbul.

Obiegł bardzo czysty, przestronne pokoje, przyjemnie urządzone i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne.
Bardzo dobre śniadania - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

En premier lieu le personnel !! Ils étaient vraiment tous extrêmement serviables et très à l'écoute, ils nous ont même contactés quelques jours à l'avance pour s'assurer que tout allait bien de notre côté et si nous avions des demandes particulières. Quand nous avons voulu changer de chambre (uniquement pour une meilleure vue), ça s'est fait sans problème. Vraiment un énorme merci à tous, mais surtout Hilal, THE BEST. Le petit déj était excellent, surtout servi dehors. Les chambres, étaient très bien, l'hygiène au top, et les lits confortables. Emplacement idéal pour une virée tourstique, à la fois proche du centre, du port et des lieux touristiques majeurs. Le service de transfert de l'aeroport vers l'hotel est vice versa est top, et son prix est très honnête. L'hôtel était en plus très beau. Vraiment très contente de cé séjour, un grand merci à tout le monde, et surtout Hilal.
