The free parking
The room looked nothing like the pictures online. It was hot and not very clean. There was no hand soap in the bathroom.
Great accommodation
Me and my friends stayed for Neighbourhood Weekender festival and location was perfect - a short Uber into Manchester city centre for a night out the day before and a ~20 minute drive to Warrington for the festival. Also amazing value for money for the price we paid, didn't feel like prices were hiked due to the festival nearby unlike other options we looked at which was nice. Extremely clean and well equipped rooms. I originally booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 guests but a few days before was contacted and asked to change due to an error, we were very promptly rebooked into 2 separate rooms that staff ensured were near to each other, both well equipped with plenty of space, nice bathrooms and mini kitchens in both rooms. Manager Colin met us on arrival and gave a thorough walkthrough of the building and set our door codes for us. He even came to check on us when we arrived back at the apartments later than night to make sure we were able to get into our rooms. Felt very safe and well looked after during our stay!
Not anything major - we arrived back from the festival later at night and there were no parking spaces available in the complex for us as parking is free but not reserved. However there is a road opposite where on street parking was readily available and not a far walk from the apartment at all so I wouldn't even like to count this as an issue! Was not a problem for my group but maybe something to consider if mobility is an issue.

Internet service was poor
Apartment was spacious and clean and it felt like home.
Fairly cleaned, the location was convenient.
Property smelled of cannabis, he was fairly clean but genuinely could be better. I am no snob but I do have a standard but it needs to be and it wasn’t really meeting that standard.. the fire alarm went off which I do not think it was a test. It was probably more like a false alarm and this was probably down to people vaping in their rooms. Obviously, I cannot prove that.. the property had no air-conditioning which in the winter it probably be okay but where we’ve been having weather which is between 13 and 35° it’s not really ideal. The Internet didn’t work either.

The site manager, Colin, was a friendly and helpful guy.
We had a studio apartment. It had 2 really comfy double beds, a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Perfect for 2 nights.
The kitchenette and the communal kitchen could do with something you could use in the microwave to heat soup etc or make scrambled eggs. There was nothing but standard crockery or sauce pans
Also you had to make an effort to properly close the entrance door, so sometimes it was left open and didn't need the code to open it.
My husband had an appointment at the royal hospital and the apartment was ideally situated, only a ten minute walk. Colin the manager was very helpful and told us a shirt cut. Fantastic.
