Pros:

The room, the well equipped kitchen and bathroom were ok, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I booked through Booking, and at no point was there a warning that this is a sort of automated property where you must undertake a tedious process including downloading an app, receiving whatsapps and emails just to check in and receive a PIN code to access. There is no reception and no one to help you on the spot of there is a problem. The so called aupport is in a different country (???) and takes ages to come back to you, but only after jumping througg rounds with an AI bot…

Pros:

Really high end feeling accomodation and great value to include a kitchen and living room. Location is also very central while still being in a quiet area surrounded by embassies.

I recomment this place :)
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent, very central location, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The neighbourhood is safe, and there is a car park only a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
We really liked our apartment. It was clean and quite spacious for two adults and two children. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which was rather small but perfectly adequate.
Our apartment was located on the lower ground floor (-1), so it was a little dark, and there was a slight damp smell. However, this did not significantly affect our stay.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

The only minor drawback was the kitchen equipment. There were only four plates, four cups, four forks, and four knives... . As the apartment has a kitchen, I would have expected a slightly better selection of utensils and crockery for guests who wish to prepare their own meals. On the other hand, frying pans, saucepans, and a mixing bowl were provided, so we had no problem preparing our breakfasts.

لا يوجد موظفين ولا يوجد نظافة في الغرفة وصلت على موعد الدخول دخل الغرفة لم يكن نظيفة أبدا حتى بعد ساعة أتى الموظفين النظافة واخبروني انه يحتاجون 40 دقيق حتى ينظفو الغرفة بقيت في الخارج أنظرهم حتى ينتهى من ترتيب الغرفة حفاظات الحمام لم يقومو ايضا بتغييرهم لا اعلم لماذا طلبو مبلغ 612 يورو من اجل ليلتين ولا يوجد خدامات أبدا لن اكرر العودة إلى هذه المكان او اي مكان نفسه

nous avons passés un beau séjour, l'appartement est magnifique propre ,ils ont pensés à tout 😊bien situé au centre, tram facile pour aller à la plage.chaque fois que nous reviendrons a la haye on dormira là🥰,et dans d'autres pays où il ya Numa désormais ☺️😘j'adore le concept

Nette kamer

Cons:

We hebben heel veel phishing berichten gehad. Zowel Booking als Numa deden dit makkelijk af. Maar ergens zijn onze gegevens gelekt. Alles klopte! Naam, datum verblijf. Direct een nieuwe creditcard aangevraagd. Ook superslecht van Booking dat ze geen reactie geven.
