Eveyrth was excellent i must say the food i had dinner was exceptional and the chef was so gentle and nice

Inattentive Staff: Waitstaff were highly indifferent outside of buffet/Hi-tea hours, getting attention was difficult.
Slow Delivery: Food service was excessively slow, taking over 45 minutes for basic orders.

Disruptive Live Music: The live singer frequently missed notes, and the speakers had excessive, uncomfortable bass.

Very bad experience of my life
Not value to money. Staying at PC Hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. First of all, there was no bellboy available to help carry our luggage to the room. Even at checkout, there was no one available to assist with bringing our luggage from the room to the vehicle.

The staff was not cooperative and often provided misleading information and incorrect rates. What was even more disappointing was that whenever we booked through Booking.com, it seemed that the hotel intentionally allocated the cheapest and least desirable rooms to Booking.com guests, while reserving their more luxurious rooms for walk-in customers.

I believe Booking.com should look into this matter and take appropriate action. Why are Booking.com customers treated so poorly? Why are the worst or lowest-category rooms consistently assigned to guests who book through Booking.com?

I felt if I was not upgraded and had stayed at usual delux room would have made my stay perfect. Overall I enjoyed food

All facilities providing in this locality is exeptional. Staff was super friendly reception ppl are very welcoming. Buffet at marco polo was enjoyable.

Cons:

Its my third time here at pc malam jabba but a little disappointed from the rooms. The staff was super friendly they update my room from delux to executive. Thought this will be an upgrade but very small room hardly space to walk washrooms were very congested. Not upto the level of pc. Please inform the guests about it because they were not worth the cost.

Very expensive restaurant for below average food.
Too many security checks and have to tell them each time that you are staying in the hotel. Could easily fix with swipe cards entry so only authrozed persons can gain entry
