I had an exceptional experience at Pearl-Continental Hotel Malam Jabba. From the moment of arrival, the hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive. The hotel’s location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by the beautiful mountains and breathtaking scenery of Malam Jabba, making it an ideal destination for relaxation and a memorable getaway.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, providing a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and highly professional throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a positive attitude. The check-in and reservation process was smooth and efficient, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The food and dining experience were excellent, with a good variety of options and high-quality preparation. The service was attentive, and everything was presented professionally. The Wi-Fi and other hotel facilities were also convenient and well-managed.

It was honestly a little unsettling that the hotel let people know your room number. I didn’t find that very pleasant.
I didn’t appreciate the hotel disclosing my room number to others. It felt like a breach of privacy.”
Staff was very friendly and great environment but friday night buffet was a bad shock to us.. very very limited items(just 6,7 dishes in total and all the methaiees in the name of sweets) and that too tasteless and very very expensive buffet(food was not worth the price). We were so disappointed and mid way came to knw that today is only local pakistani menu(we were not informed about this special buffet night before and even it was scam in name of pakistani food)...kids didn had anything.. it was 17500 for 3 persons.
