La comodidad y cercania con todo
Great stay with an incredible location. It was just a few feet away from La Plaza Mayor. Very convenient for tours and everything was close by.
The room was exactly what we needed for the long days and they had a heater for the cold nights.
The area outside looked like it was a party street, but you could not hear the noise in the room at all. Slept great every night.

The staff was so sweet and accommodating, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Central location, nice breakfast, lovely common areas. Nice to four beds in one room for a family
It’s located across from a karaoke bar. The hotel does give your ear buds in the rooms, but the music played to 4am. Just be aware of this if you need the family room for 4 people.

Embora tenhamos lido alguns comentários que diziam a respeito sobre um possível barulho da rua que atrapalhava, o hotel agora colocou portas de PVC para evitar o barulho. Não escutamos nada da rua. Além disso, os funcionários são extremamente prestativos e a localização é excelente! Valeu muito a pena.
Os funcionários são incríveis, muito prestativos. A localização é perfeita, no centro de tudo. O café da manhã é bastante satisfatório, dentro do esperado para esse destino.
Não foi um problema pra mim, mas pode ser para pessoas com problema de mobilidade: o hotel fica em uma rua onde não entram carros, então os taxis te deixam a cerca de 100m da estadia e você precisa caminhar e levar a mala.
