Everything was perfect except for the reception staff during my check-in. I recall his name was Mohammed and not Omani, and he was wearing a suit. He was very unwelcoming and had a poor attitude, which is why I gave a rating of 1 out of 10. He should be taught to smile and improve his attitude when dealing with guests.
I also ordered an ice bucket for my juice several times. On some occasions, it was never delivered, and even when it was delivered, it took 20 to 30 minutes. Considering the hotel had very low occupancy and it was the off-season, I do not understand why the service was so slow. Water pressure in the bathroom should be improved.
A stay can be perfect in every other way, but when guests are treated poorly and service is inefficient, it negatively affects the entire experience.

Moroccan 🇲🇦 Chef during morning shifts for the breakfast Buffet is lovely!!! She is a Credit to the organisation!! And she is always happy to provide a helping hand! Keep the work up and please do recognise her talent and dedication to the hotel!
