Breakfast was very limited every day is the same items. Unfortunately my room was in the 8th floor and the GIM is in the 9th floor and some times we feel like drums over our heads. I am wondering how a 4 star hotel doesn’t have a first aid kit, I asked for a bandage because I had small injuries and the receptionist said sorry there is no bandage.
The breakfast was good and offered a reasonable selection. However, the dining experience became quite crowded after 8:00 a.m. At busy times, access to some items, particularly plates near the omelette station, was difficult because of congestion around that area. In addition, the fruit selection was sometimes limited during peak breakfast hours.
One small disappointment was the omelette service. On one occasion, we were told that our omelette would be brought to our table, but it never arrived before we finished breakfast and left. To their credit, the staff apologised when the oversight was brought to their attention.
Our stay was pleasant and comfortable, especially during the first two nights. The room was clean, the facilities were good, and the hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience changed during the last two nights when two large families with young children checked in on our floor. There was significant noise in the corridor, with children playing and shouting for extended periods. On one evening, this continued for nearly two hours, and on another occasion, the families returned very late at night (around 2:30 a.m.), creating considerable disturbance and waking other guests on the floor. We felt that the situation could have been managed more effectively, as the hotel staff did not appear to take any action until we contacted reception ourselves to report the issue.
The location is good in the heart of the city; busy traffic but great to access many malls and old souks. The carpark is tight using a left to drive through.
In summary, the hotel has many positive qualities, and our first two nights were very enjoyable. However, better management of excessive corridor noise and some improvements to breakfast service would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Havuz derinliği 1.10 idi. 3 kişilik oda şeklinde ayarladık sandık her şey king suitte iki kişilikti ki bu booking com hatasından kaynakliydi. Elektrik düğmelerini anlamakta zorlandık. Kapı kartları her gün arıza çıkarttı.
Fast wifi, good for remote working. Hotel breakfast is also out of this world. The staff is very nice and attentive. The room was clean and spacious.
The room was dusty, the couch was filthy. The bedding was also dusty.
We're not allowed swimming pool access after 9 pm.

Location and staff
We have two rooms in the 8th floor and above us the 9th floor which the fitness room located therefore there was some jumping like that was some time. Also the breakfast is almost the same every day with only few items there was not much choice.
