An Unforgettable Stay — Highly Recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and the team made it extra special from the moment we arrived.
A huge shoutout to Ms. Patience from the front desk — she went above and beyond by arranging an upgrade for us, which was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. It made the celebration feel even more memorable.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained — everything you could ask for in a comfortable stay. But what really set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
Overall, this stay surpassed everything we hoped for, and we left with wonderful memories. We will definitely be coming back! If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality, look no further. 🎂✨

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
Pros:

All the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their thoughtful attention in noting that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. As a kind gesture, our room was upgraded, and they even prepared a lovely cake for her. This made the celebration extra special and memorable for our family.

Cons:

The check-in process was quite strict. I was unable to present my daughters’ physical Qatar IDs, and as a result, they were initially not permitted to enter the hotel room. Although I provided soft copies of their QIDs, these were not accepted. However, I fully understand and appreciate that this policy is in place for security reasons. In the meantime, my daughters were allowed to use the pool while waiting and I thank Sue for facilitating this.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. Special thanks to the receptionists for the warm welcome — they were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

A very special thank you to Ms. Eman for generously upgrading us to a spacious 3-bedroom apartment and arranging a late check-out, which made our experience even more comfortable and relaxing.

The apartment was huge, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, City Center Mall, and many great restaurants and coffee shops. We also appreciated the free beach access provided by the hotel.

We would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Jemimah from room service for her kindness, support, and excellent service.

Unfortunately, I only noticed the issue on the last day of my stay, so I was unable to request a replacement earlier. Upon closer inspection, I found noticeable yellow discoloration and stains on the duvet, which is not something I would expect from a hotel that values cleanliness. I hope management reviews its laundry and room inspection procedures to prevent this from happening again.

بصراحة انصدمت من مستوى النظافة. ما انتبهت للحاف إلا آخر يوم من إقامتي، ولما دققت فيه لقيت اصفرار وبقع واضحة عليه وكأنه مستخدم من قبل أو ما تم غسله بالشكل المطلوب. شيء زي كذا ما ينفع يكون موجود في غرفة فندقية. أتمنى الإدارة تهتم أكثر بالنظافة والتأكد من المفروشات قبل تسليم الغرف للنزلاء. أرفقت الصور للحكم
