We stayed from 28-30 May 2026 during the Eid holiday. We enjoyed our stay so much. Even if though they were fully booked and clearly overwhelmed with the amount of guests, we were able to check-in early and check-out late. They handled us with care and ease. Our suite was amazing accommodating as much as 11 people with no worries. Everything was clean and kept. The view was amazing facing the old Doha port and the Corniche. There were no noise on our floor except ours but it is safe to say once you are in your suites the soundproofing worked. Utilities were good. The only thing missing was the chopping board. All staff from the reception, housekeeping and maintenance were great. They were efficient and prompt in providing their services. We commend those who went to our suite when we needed it. Amenities were nice. It would be great if they had a sauna and the pool was bigger. Also having the beach pass is a major plus point for the hotel. Overall our stay was great and fun and would come back again if time would allow.
Wow. Very good view from room 47. Place is very clean. I love the gym! I super love the fact that they allow pets to come with us. I would like to say thank you to Ms.Patience also for accommodating and welcoming us. Great service including the housekeeping who kept checking on us.
To begin with, from the moment I arrived, the service was terrible; the receptionists were very unfriendly toward tourists—a stark contrast to the way they treated the locals. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and at breakfast, you had to wait a very long time for someone to attend to you. The disparity in service between tourists and locals was extremely noticeable. The pool was small and overcrowded. The only redeeming feature was the housekeeping staff; the guys who cleaned the rooms were very friendly and did an excellent job. I stayed for four nights, none of which I enjoyed in the slightest.

The staff were exceptionally attentive for a busy hotel in a busy public holiday during a heatwave. Umaima, Mohammed and all the valet were brilliant.

This is not our First stay but when we came back the hotel service and staff changed UNLIKE before all the staff are very accomodating and very helpful But now its not that good except Ms. Patience. They didnt even gave us 1hr late check out because my childrens enjoys a lot in the pool.
Food and staff in the restaurant is not the same as before and less choices of foods. They serve my egg order very late without informing me whtlat is the status. I finished my breakfast then the eggs arrived. They served wrong order of coffee in 2 consecutive days of breakfast.
Dinner was not that good as whatbwe expected.
But thanks to the house keeping team that were very professional and well trained.
