Everything was excellent, got upgraded and got a surprise cake for our wedding anniversary.
From check-in till check-out, staff, food and environment was amazing.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة. أعجبني موقعه القريب من الخدمات والمعالم والاطلالة الرائعة على البحر ، وكانت الغرفة نظيفة ومجهزة بكل الاحتياجات، مما جعل الإقامة مريحة. كما كان تعامل الموظفين راقيًا واحترافيًا ومتعاونين وبشوشين. أشكر إدارة الفندق على هذا المستوى المتميز، وأوصي به لمن يبحث عن الراحة وجودة الخدمة، وبالتأكيد سأعود مرة أخرى إن شاء الله.

تحتاج الشقة الى نظافة بمستوى أعلى من فرش وغيره وكنس السجاد وبشكل عام هي ممتازة جدا وخدمتهم ايضا
وخاصة الاستاذه اميمه والاستاذه ايمان وادارة الفندق التي تواصلت معي واهتمت بملاحظاتي
ومن ناحيتي قد اعيد التجربة مع الفندق لانه متميز بخدمة العميل

المكان نظيف والشقة واسعة ويوجد خدمة اصطفاف السيارات مجانية
التأخر في اتمام اجراءات الدخول حتى الساعه 4:30، بقيت انا وعائلتي في الانتظار مايقارب الساعة والنصف حتى ينتهو من تنظيف الشقة علماً انني قمت بالحجز مسبقاً وكتبت في الطلب تسجيل الدخول مبكراً.
الفطور لايتناسب مع المكان ، لايوجد فيه تنوع وخيارات كثيرة .
الموقع الموظفين وتعاملهم ومرافق الفندق
عدم اكتمال ادوات المطبخ من قدور بمقاسات مختلفه
الغرف واسعه
الفندق يفتقر لأدنى مستويات المرونة والضيافة. وصلنا عائلة مكونة من 7 أشخاص وحصل تعليق مؤقت في الشبكة البنكية، وقدمنا حلولاً بدفع يوم وتأجيل الباقي للصباح، لكن الاستقبال رفض تماماً وجعلوا عائلتي تنتظر بالسيارة في المواقف لأكثر من ساعتين دون مراعاة لتعب السفر أو وجود أطفال! اضاعوا علي يوم كان يجب اقضية في معالم الدوحه.
لم نأخذ الشقة إلا بعد نقاش حاد مع المدير المناوب وقبوله على مضض. تجربة سيئة جداً في أول يوم أفسدت متعة السفرة، ولن أكرر الزيارة أبداً
