Ottima posizione
Pros:

La camera è molto grande e con un bel terrazzo, la struttura è in una posizione ottimale. Si trova in centro, ed è ben servita e collegata. Ci sono 4 stazioni metro nei dintorni. Molti ristoranti, bar tabacchi supermercati.

“Tuve una estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, lo que facilitó mucho mis desplazamientos. El personal fue amable y profesional en todo momento. Además, cuando tuve una emergencia, me atendieron de forma rápida y eficiente, lo que me dio mucha tranquilidad. Me sentí muy a gusto durante toda mi estancia. Sin duda, lo recomendaría.”

Good location, nice staff, comfy bed.
Pros:

Location. Had a quiet room at the back of the building, allowing us a good location without the noise of the Gran Via.
Kitchen was nicely equipped. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Coffee machine required special pods which had to be purchased through the hotel at the cost of 1 Euro each, which seemed a little expensive. Should have offered complimentary coffee pods for the length of the stay since coffee machine was advertised.

Pros:

המיקום נהדר נמצא ממש במרכז, יש מעלית. יש עמדת קבלה בכניסה 24 שעות, היה תקלה במזגן שלא עבד הם ניסו לפתור את התקלה עם המזגן די במהירות אך לא הצליחו. הסברתי להם שמזגן מאוד חשוב לי ואני לא יכול להסתדר בלי אפילו לא לכמה שעות, בסופו של דבר הסכימו לבטל את ההזמנה והשיבו לי את הכסף ששילמתי.

Cons:

הגעתי לחדר, ראיתי שזה לא החדר שהיה בתמונות של ההזמנה שלי, המיטה הייתה בין שתי קירות, בצורה מאוד צפופה, והכל מיושן מאוד בחדר, וגם המזגן לא עבד, פניתי לקבלה וביקשתי להחליף חדר אמרו לי שהם בתפוסה מלאה ואי אפשר להחליף, אמרו לי שישלחו מישהו לתקן במשך היום מקסימום עד מחר , וביקשו לתת לי מאוורר במקום המזגן.
