De bedden waren comfortabel en de algemene sfeer van het hotel was goed.

Cons:

Veel onduidelijkheden, instructies waren niet compleet en als internationale klant werd ik niet goed begeleid. De initiele parkeerlocatie was niet prettig. Er waren een aantal mannen alcohol aan het benuttigen vanuit de achterkant van hun wagen en aan het hangen naast de plek waar ik dan mijn auto moest wegzetten. Vervolgens toch gekozen voor de overdekte parkeergarage op instructie van het hotel, echter was de instructie onduidelijk en werd je als engelstalige klant niet goed geholpen. Er waren geen borden aanwezig van het hotel waardoor wij schijnbaar op een verkeerde plek hebben geparkeerd. Hierdoor is mijn auto weggesleept en heeft dit mij 375 euro meer gekost dan verwacht. Tevens waren de ventilatieschachten van de airconditioning vies/stoffig waardoor er stof door heel de kamer zweefde, niet echt gevoel gehad van prettige luchtkwaliteit. De waterdruk van de douche was slecht, temperatuur schommelde hier en daar ook.

Die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen und auch das Bett war sehr bequem! Die Dusche samt Milchscheibe war ebenfalls ein Highlight.

Otelin konumu güzeldi. Mutfakta çalışanlar çok iyiydi ve yardım severdi.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage, Zimmergröße und dem unkomplizierten Check-in, an der Sauberkeit im Zimmer hat es

Gute Lage, die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und sind gemütlich. Check-in ist unkompliziert und schnell.

Cons:

Es könnte sauberer sein, es war teilweise staubig und das Bad wirkte eher oberflächlich schnell gereinigt. Die Teppiche neben den Betten könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, die sind schon stark abgenutzt und sehen auch eher dreckig aus.

Ein Top Konzept!!!!
Pros:

Man hat alles was man für paar Tage Aufenthalt in einer Stadt benötigt:
- Möglichkeit zu frühstücken oder einfach einen Kaffee zu trinken morgens;
- Einen unkomplizierten Self Check-in /out
- es ist angenehm ruhig, dass man sich ausschlafen kann
- gute Erreichbarkeit und Nähe wegen der guten Lage

Pros:

Der Self Check-In hat gut funktioniert, das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Mit dem ÖPNV gut zu erreichen, alles gut.
