If you are an older traveller without digital smarts, choose a hotel with service staff.
Pros:

Convenient location outside the city centre, handy to the light rail station. Convenient breakfast. Good sized bedroom, nice and clean.

Cons:

We arrived early and could not book in until 3:00pm on the dot, even at 1 minute to 3:00. The check-in process was very difficult as there are no staff, it is fully self-check-in and if you have a question there is no one to assist. I found this completely inadequate as an older traveller without the digital smarts of the younger generation.
Only employee we saw the whole time we were there was the girl manning the breakfast bar.
No desk in the room, only one chair - very inadequate for a travelling couple. Shower looked good at first sight, but with no end wall, it sprayed water all over the floor and with no drain hole in the floor we had a continuous puddle to deal with.
