Gutes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Therme. Zur Landesgartenschau 2027 kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wunderbar - bunte Vielfalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Reinigungspersonal hat vergessen unser Zimmer zu putzen. Da hatten wir Pech, weil wir nur 2 Übernachtungen gebucht hatten.

Es gab nichts, weswegen es sich lohnen würde, wiederzukommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war normal, also nicht weiter bemerkenswert. Zur Lage: Bad Windsheim ist derzeit eine Großbaustelle - das Hotel liegt mittendrin. Niemand, auch das schlecht Deutsch sprechende Hotelpersonal, konnte uns zunächst sagen, wie man angesichts der Baustellen jetzt zum Hotel kommt. Nach vielen Irrfahrten durch das "Kurgebiet" hatten wir eine deutsch sprechende Servicekraft am Telefon, die uns beschied: "Wenn man's weiß, ist es einfach", und so gelangten wir doch noch zum Hotel. Das war reichlich in die Jahre gekommen und vermutlich seit dem Bau 2005 nichts mehr investiert. Abgewetzte Teppiche (auch im Restaurant!), Naßzelle ohne Fenster, Billigdeko ...
