Pool and gym were nice and clean and breakfast was very good. Lots of options.
Was given wrong info about what comes with the room and they weren’t willing to right their wrong. Roach in the bedroom and multiple around the building in hallways
Breakfast had enough variety to please most people. It was fresh and tasty. Good coffee! The staff were pleasant and friendly and tried to resolve issues.
The facility seemed to be lacking maintenance. Our room was too warm and damp to be comfortable. It had a free standing ac unit but we couldn't get it on. Toilet leaked around the seal. Not pleasant. They did get the ac unit working so room became bearable. Floors were sticky in kitchen. Just not what I expected from this level of lodging. Sorry
Staff were incredible- front desk folks, especially Maria and the other shorter woman (I feel horrible for not remembering her name) were amazing - we stayed because of issues with our home and they both we’re empathetic, beyond helpful and truly caring about us being OK. People like them absolutely make or break an experience like this and they both went so far above and beyond. On top of that, the hotel was really nice, well appointed, very clean. Thank you!!!

The juice was good.
The variety wasn't good. I was very upset because neither day of my stay served beacon. 🤬
Great room layout (rm 325). However, I noticed the ice maker not working, the toilet running, the bathroom door will not close and most of the outlets and USB ports were broken. I reported these issues repeatedly but only the Ice maker was repaired. After 10 days of rementioning, I was told there were no engineers on site. Carpet near bathroom also badly torn. Elevator carpets need cleaning badly. Just FYI. The night shift young woman was extremely helpful and friendly, as was the Asian breakfast lady, The other's need member training. One lady employee was on her ear phone most of the mornings loudly on personal calls. Probably not what Marriott would want. But breakfast was VERY good and lobby was clean. Maid service was very good too.

Comfortable room and great location!
Beautiful property, but had issues with minimal Internet, room air conditioning, and no hot water on our last day. Oh, & early morning front desk asleep.
