Pros:

la vista, balcon, habitacion estaba bien organizada y tienen generador electrico

Cons:

la habitacion no recibe buena limpieza encontre comida y papeles en el suelo y tenia fallas en el toilet y el jacussi la puerta de la bañera se abria y se mojaba fuera de la ducha

I’ve stayed at many hotels in various places. This was definitely worse hotel ever.

The view of the harbor was nice. We could see sea turtles swimming below

Cons:

The WiFi is terrible. Could not connect the entire week

The carpet was filthy. You would shower, walk across the room, and your feet would be black with dirt.

They offered a continental breakfast. The milk container looked like it had never been cleaned.

Location. Next to the hotel they were demolished a restaurant. They started at 7am throwing concrete and furniture into the dumpster. It is also next to a municipal airport that planes depart early in the morning

Falta de sellos para el estacionamiento.
Cons:

El día de salida no contaban con el sello para salir del estacionamiento y tuve que pagarlo yo. El empleado nos comento que lo había notificado pero no se los habían conseguido.

Close to Condado as well as Old SanJuan, and with a lot of good restaurants and places to visit.

The Parkin lot is far away from the Hotel

Cons:

The hotel looks a lit bit abandoned. Humidity is visible on a few walls even inside the room. Gym had no A/C but maybe this was a coincidence. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. A couple of years ago it was great, but now it was really low budget, basic.
