Fabulous location and beautifully designed hotel. We really love the gardens and the wok wok restaurant.

​We stayed at Andaz Bali for a family trip and had a really enjoyable few days there. We booked an Andaz Suite with a connecting room, which worked out perfectly for us. The suite was spacious, but we ended up spending most of our downtime on the huge terrace overlooking the quiet pool. Just relaxing out there with a fresh coconut while the family read books under the trees felt like a postcard.

​Breakfast ended up being the biggest highlight. The selection was incredible, especially unique dishes like the cro nigiri and the village egg royal. We've stayed at a number of top luxury resorts around Bali, but this breakfast easily tops them all. We actually just went to Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas not long before this trip, and Andaz Bali blows it away in terms of flavor and uniqueness. It's honestly worth staying here just for the breakfast alone.

​One evening, we had dinner at Fisherman's Club. Loved the fresh fish market concept where we picked our own catch straight from the boat. Everything was grilled to order and tasted amazing. We usually drive all the way to Jimbaran for seafood, but we skipped it this time because this place completely nailed it.

What truly made the stay unforgettable was the team running the operations. Huge thanks to Pak Agus Virgianto and Ibu Sintia Dewi for keeping everything running so smoothly behind the scenes.

​A very special appreciation goes to Pak Rai Wiguna. This guy went completely above and beyond for my family from day one. He brought so much genuine warmth and was incredibly flexible with our scheduling needs. His dedication is rare, I even saw him firsthand helping other guests carry heavy bags in the lobby. That is true leadership right there.

​They really made us feel like family here and we will definitely be back. Matur Suksma!

Exceptional vacation destination. The room is first class, and the resort amenities are super nice. I'd definitely recommend to Bali travelers.

어딜가도 숙박객들의 편의를 생각하는 부분이 컸고 직원들의 친절함이 더해지니 호텔의 장점을 부각시키는 시너지가 컸습니다. 3인으로 1방에서 묵었습니다만, 방 1개로도 성인 3명이 만족스럽게 생활할 수 있을 정도로 객실이 컸습니다.

러닝 좋아하시는 분들에겐 꿈의 장소입니다. 사누르 해변을 따라 러닝을 하고, 안다즈 수영장 간이 샤워로 쿨다운 후 수영장 입수하시면 행복 그 자체입니다. (앞에 바다 멀리서 보기엔 이쁘긴 한데 들어가서 보면 나뭇가지들이 좀 많습니다. 바다입수 비추)

수질 걱정하실 필요 없습니다. 주는 물 다 받아마셨고 음식도 날 것 먹었는데도 별 일 없었습니다. 개인 샤워기 필터도 그렇게 안 더러워졌구요.

음식 맛있습니다. 그냥 주는거 다 받아드셔도 되고, 한국인 주방장님께서 계시는데, 그 분께서 한국인 어르신들(저희 부모님) 뵈면 잘 챙겨주셨던 것도 너무 감사했습니다.

사누르를 몰라요? 근데 돈 좀 들여서 쉬고 싶어요? 안다즈 가세요 그냥 ㅋㅋ

Our family of four (two adults and two children) recently stayed at Andaz Bali, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and sincere. As Hyatt Globalists, we truly felt recognized and appreciated throughout our stay. Every team member greeted us with a smile and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful vacation.
The resort is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are immaculately maintained, the pools are fantastic for both adults and children, and the beachfront location in Sanur provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after an active trip through South Korea.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of every day. The selection was extensive, the quality was outstanding, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Our children looked forward to breakfast each morning, and the restaurant staff always made us feel welcome.
The concierge team was exceptional. They helped arrange our Ubud tour, airport transportation, and provided excellent recommendations that made exploring Bali effortless. Every recommendation turned out to be fantastic.
A very special thank you to the team for helping us celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. The beautiful cake and thoughtful room decorations made the celebration incredibly special and created memories our family will always cherish.
Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable for our family. The attention to detail throughout the resort truly reflects the Andaz brand.
We have stayed at many luxury Hyatt properties around the world, and Andaz Bali ranks among our absolute favorites. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful facilities, outstanding dining, and genuine Balinese hospitality creates an unforgettable experience.

The staff at the hotel were great.

Located in a well placed spot in Sanur, the Andaz Bali is the kind of resort that others try to emulate. The upkeep of the rooms, pool, and outdoor spaces are meticulously kept. The service is above and beyond and the little touches like unlimited soft drinks and snacks in your room and complimentary cafe make the guest feel like the resort is going out of its way to make you feel special and taken care of. The quiet pool was just that…quiet. A place to relax and listen to the breeze hit the trees above. The other pools were definitely kid friendly and louder if that is what you are looking for. Every meal we had was absolutely fantastic, with the breakfast living up to its reputation of being one of the best in Bali for a reason. Would
go out of my way to stay here again.

Everything here was above expectations and faultless. Service was impeccable, breakfast, all you can eat A Le Carte, should be adopted by all hotels/resorts. They also throw in a lot of freebies along the way. A must for any stay in Sanur

We absolutely love it here and are already planning to stay long-term. Our kids also adore the kids' club. The restaurants here serve delicious food at reasonable prices, too. We will definitely be back.

Upgrade to villa

Excellent service by the team..

I go quite often to Hyatt and Andaz Bali to stay and eat .
As an hotelier I have always praised Hyatt as my favorite hotel chain - am member - and the best in FNB .
That was before . Last night I went to eat at their Italian in Andaz and was a disaster from start to end .
To make sorry short , after a very bad service and food quality I sent back the main courses and asked for the bill to pay the rest of the food .
To my surprise the compensation offered after talking to the FNB Leader was not to charge me the main courses . Surely that was what trigger my reaction . Not to charge me for a food that I did not eat due to bad quality and service is not a normal proposal from an international hotel chain in one of his 5 star hotel .
I refused to accept such a deal and I asked for the FNB manager or RM or HM or even GM but none were available .
Came a Manager on duty and offered me a 10% discount which later was a 20 % and the MOD said that was the maximum he is entitled and could not offered me anything else .
At the end the whole situation for me - as an hotelier - was not the money as in the end I asked to pay in full as my point was never a discount but more to see how a 5 star company establishes their own policies in regards to compensation
I clearly told the MOD that I was very disappointed with Hyatt if as commented the maximum authority he has was just a 20% discount .
Hyatt is not my leading company anymore .

We had a truly relaxed 10 night stay at this dreamy property. Everything from the room, gardens, pools, restaurants and beachfront is exceptional. The staff, without exception, are fantastic.

We found Andaz through Amex travel and I'm so glad we did. This was our first stop on our honeymoon and the room was great, breakfast was really tasty, and the staff were wonderful. The hotel is definitely a little tucked away, but it was great for what we were looking for - chill at the hotel and relax. I don't really notice this, but I felt like the quality of furniture in the room was higher quality than most hotels, so I appreciated that touch too. Would definitely come back!
