Fantastic location, private access to MRT, close to good food options and overall, fantastic hospitality and service from staff.
Location was close to Chinatown, ideal for cheaper dining and drinking options as well as souvenir hunting if that's what you want. Room was very nice, comfortable with cool interior design & decor. Shower was great. Room safe very well designed and located in a drawer so you don't forgot to lock it before leaving the room. Very well thought out feature. Didn't dine in at this hotel so can't comment on the food offerings. Close to MRT station across the road and local coffee shops for morning coffee and eats if needed. Staff very professional and helpful.
That I didn't get to use the pool, too many things I wanted to do in Singapore that I had no time left.
The location and the concierge
The $300 early check-in. This is seriously ridiculous to charge the client such a sum to be able to access his/her room at 13:00
I’ve now stayed at The Clan Hotel twice and would happily stay here again! The location is fantastic, with so many great food options right nearby and the MRT just a short walk away, making it really easy to get around Singapore.
The hotel is in such a convenient spot, especially if you want to explore the city without having to travel far for food or transport. Definitely one of my favourite places to stay in Singapore!
