Pros:

Overall we had a great experience, the hotel was very clean, the rooms had a beautiful view overlooking the city and the staff was very friendly and welcoming (a big thanks to Sufi, who offered to help us with our postcards. We’d love to visit again!

Amazing The Clan
Pros:

The Clan in Singapore is the most perfect location. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff are attentive and very helpful. Thankyou WILSON for making our arrival experience so good. A special person is IVAN, forever attentive and has gone out of his way to assist us. Buffet breakfast was good and catered well. We will be returning to Singapore and to The Clan.

Outstanding! Amazing from start to finish.
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything you could need. The service was phenomenal from start to finish.

The reception team were always friendly, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. We also loved the daily Tea Master experience, which was such a unique and memorable cultural touch.

The pool facilities were fantastic, and we really appreciated being able to use them after checkout before our late flight.

Breakfast was outstanding, with an incredible variety of delicious food and stunning views. The highlight, however, was the restaurant staff, who greeted us every morning with the biggest smiles, quickly found us a table, and made us feel so welcome.

We were truly blown away by this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be returning!

Clam and relaxing.
Pros:

The hotel was stunning from the moment you walked into the reception area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful equipment with everything you need. Enjoyed the morning swim in their roof top pool and gym.

Cons:

If I had to say something I would say the price.

Pros:

War zum dritten Mal im The Clan. Die Lage ist top, Rooftop Pool klein aber sehr schön. Modern und gut gepflegt. Sehr gute Qualität der Matratzen und guter View in den oberen Stockwerken (ab ca Floor 20).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein (hatte sonst wohl immer ein Eckzimmer). Waschbecken im Zimmer muss man mögen, Dusche und WC in einem Bereich. In einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse wäre Wasser aus Flaschen (nicht das filtrierte Wasser aus dem Hahn- gibt ja auch Glasflaschen) und mehr als 1 Handtuch je Grösse pro Person wünschenswert. Man muss wissen, dass es im Gegensatz zu vergleichbaren Hotels in Singapur keine großzügige Lobby gibt. Die Bar ist im 5. Stock und hat eigenwillige Öffnungszeiten. Für Reisende die zb. spät anreisen nicht geeignet.
