Very comfortable stay, but breakfast could be better.
Pros:

Great location right next to metro station.
Tea ceremony was welcoming.
The room was big and very comfortable with great views over Chinatown.
Nice little gestures like tea set in the room, in room spa and turndown service.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better. It was almost completely western, could’ve added more local dishes of Singapore.

A comfortable, convenient, and truly five-star stay in the heart of Singapore.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Its direct connection to the MRT station made getting around Singapore very convenient. The facilities were excellent, modern, and easily accessible. The staff were welcoming and professional, making our stay feel truly five-star.

Pros:

Convienent access to major sights, transport and Chinatown. Quiet comfortable location/room, with good facilities.

Cons:

Airconditioning was a bit noisy, so needed to manually turn off to reduce fan noise.
