Wir würden hier immer wieder gerne Übernachten.
Pros:

Besonders begeistert haben uns die tolle Lage, die Sauberkeit und das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und bieten zudem eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Stylish, comfortable stay in a fantastic location with a gorgeous rooftop pool.
Pros:

We loved our stay at The Clan. The hotel has such a great vibe and beautiful, stylish décor, and the rooms were really comfortable. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and a lovely place to relax. The location is also excellent - close to Lau Pa Sat for food and very convenient for public transport, making it easy to explore Singapore.

Cons:

A few small things to consider: there’s no bar on the rooftop pool level, and although there’s a beautiful terrace, drinks aren’t served there, which felt like a missed opportunity. Check-in was also a little chaotic, with a long line to collect room keys, and our room wasn’t available until around 3:20pm. The lifts could also be quite slow, and we often found ourselves waiting a while for one.

Lovely hotel and very central, literally on top of the subway that can take you anywhere
Pros:

Very central, solid choice for business or leisure trip

Cons:

Check in and check out process was a little long. Opted for breakfast two days but had to go down stairs to pay and come back up to restaurant which took 20mins each day as queue at reception was long. This could be made easier.

Pros:

Lots to love! The location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful. The bed and pillows are so comfy. You cannot hear anyone from any other room. Yes the room is on the small side but was aware before booking.

Good location, mediocre property
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Mediocre facilities. The drainage in the rooms are poor and when showering or using the sink, it floods as it is too slow to drain. Connectivity was poor. Very poor connection. Staff, with the exception on one personnel, were melancholic and inattentive.

fine, but not so great if you want to spend a significant amount of time using the facilities
Pros:

Nice room (corner), and the hotel is in a good location. Good access to public transport. Shower rooms on the pool level a good idea

Cons:

It feels that the common area facilities (gym and pool deck) are not large enough to accommodate the number of rooms/hotel guests. Often could not get a seat at the pool, therefore it was swim and leave the area. The bar was also 'closed for a private function' on 2 of the 3 days. If there is no real bar alternative, it seems a bit odd to close it off to paying guests who should be able to access the facilities being advertised.
