Very welcoming and helpful staff

Cons:

The restaurant is very high quality, but not expected that way, decoration is a bit bland, like functional restaurant, and it ends pretty pricey when one expects a functional experience

Perfect.
Pros:

Location is perfect, right by the Telok Ayer stop on the Downtown line, a couple of blocks from Lau Pa Sat and Chinatown in the other direction.The room was beautiful, with a great view. And the bed and pillows were super comfortable. It was perfect.

Pros:

Great location in the city. Plenty of food options close by and subway below hotel. Always felt very safe.

Cons:

Room was small with no where to sit except on the bed. Probably normal for Singapore though.
