The Hotel Room and grounds were superb with contempory style buildings, thwe pool was located perfectly seperated from rooms, we had quiet night sleeps, the breakfast food was soooooo good Mmmmmm.
We sat upstairs at the front of house ans saw Turtles rising in the water close to shore & you could swim with them.
Last but not least the staff were amazing, friendly, very helpful, and just nice people, we love this place we stayed 15 days and fwelt sad to leave.
Love to everybody at Nero North, you are the best.

Camera molto grande e confortevole, con tutti i confort. Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta. La posizione è fantastica, fronte spiaggia in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, fuori da ogni tipo di rumore. Fortunatamente, a differenza di altre strutture, non c'è stato il minimo disturbo dalle preghiere mattutine mussulmane
Unica nota negativa, ma non è colpa dell'hotel, è che la spiaggia è di sabbia, ma entrando in acqua la sabbia sparisce lasciando il posto ai sassi ed ai coralli, quindi servono tassativamente le scarpette, e nel tardo pomeriggio la bassa marea rende impossibile l'ingresso in acqua 😞

Wat een heerlijke plek. Uit de drukte een geweldige plek om te relaxen op het stukje private beach of aan het zwembad. Vanaf de ontbijttafel zo de zee in om te snorkelen.
En dan de prachtige kamers.
En dan was er nog het vriendelijke personeel. Die ten alle tijd bereid waren om te helpen. Met speciale dank aan Zain die echt alle verwachtingen te boven ging toen hij onze vergeten slippers na kwam brengen in Kuta!!

Meget moderne indrettet villa, vi havde et super dejligt ophold og Nero North kan klart anbefales😊morgenmaden var også lækker og med fint udvalg🥞hotellet lagde lige til en rigtig dejlig strand med skildpadder🏖️🐢

Nice small hotel, staff all helpful and super friendly. Pool area is good for small hotel. Beach area directly opposite was nice and you can breakfast there.
Breakfast was nice and al-a-carte.
Food in general was good and it was a good lunch.
This is the nicer, quieter part of the island.
Hot water was hit and miss. We had none on first night which was fixed. But throughout you need to give the shower 5 minutes to get going.
They hose down the paths in the morning which can make tiles areas outside room slippery.
Lo staff sorprendentemente gentile e disponibile. Sempre pronto a rispondere via whatsapp a qualunque domanda o richiesta. Camera molto spaziosa, stendino all’esterno e doccia enerome, possibilità di fare colazione in spiaggia, merenda gratuità alle 16:00. Noleggio biciclette e scooter organizzato direttamente dalla struttura con ritiro e consegna all’hotel. Un simpaticissimo gattino in cerca di coccole presente in struttura. Posizione ottima per godersi i tramonti oppure osservare pesci e tartarughe in mare.
Condizionatore proprio sopra il letto (anche dopo aver regolato lo swing) soffia aria direttamente sul letto, visto la dimensione della stanza poteva essere posizionato meglio. In bagno c’era un odore un po sgradevole e alcune finiture della camera andrebbero sistemate. L’armadio aveva un anta scorrevole con dei led all’interno. Al nostro arrivo non era presente la copertura e i Led non funzionavano. La doccia era molto grande ma aveva i vetri sporchi e la nicchia porta sapone era bucata nella parte superiore (si sentiva aria fredda scendere) e i Led anche lì non funzionavano.
An oasis of calm at the north tip of Gili T. The staff were super helpful. Accommodation was spacious, the family suite perfect for our family of 3. Gorgeous quiet pool side and a stunning beach area, to swim with turtles that regularly popped up!
Almost nothing.. our hot water was intermittent but I quite enjoyed the cool showers in the heat!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Nero North. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and almost always nearby whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and well air-conditioned, making them very comfortable after a day of exploring the island.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Nero North to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay.

Personnel très gentil toujours aux petits soins.
Le seul point négatif est la Clim dans la chambre qui était située juste à côté du lit et elle ne fonctionne pas bien. Un coup elle donne du froid (20°) et ensuite du plus chaud (26°)
The Family Suite was exceptionally spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. It had two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, which made our stay very comfortable.
What made our stay truly special was the staff. Zein and the lady at the reception were always welcoming us with big smiles and were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel also has access to a private beach area. Having breakfast there with the beautiful ocean view was a wonderful way to start the day, and the sunsets in the evening were absolutely breathtaking. We would definitely love to stay here again.
The only small downside was that the service in the restaurant was sometimes a bit slow.
