Comme d’habitude le service, le petit déjeuner (sauf le porridge trop sec, probablement pas assez cuit), la tranquillité (chambre bien insonorisée) et l’air conditionné qui fonctionne bien
La tranquillité de la salle du restaurant sans musique inutile

Cons:

La moquette noire, les meubles et la décoration un peu trop usés
Le porridge du petit déjeuner malheureusement trop sec

Excellent location, staff top notch and very clean hotel.
Pros:

Very clean and convenient to Old Town Zurich. Staff were all kind, ready to help.
I would definitely stay again. Restaurant located on site was excellent.

Zurich's Hidden Gem.
Pros:

A family run hotel centrally located in the heart of the old town. The building has amazing history. Beautiful rooms that are serviced daily to a very high standard. Exceptional staff that constantly and respectfully engage with guests. Great restaurant on site that serves a fabulous breakfast daily. Quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning is a bonus during the increasingly hotter summers. 10/10+

Perfect location for a truly boutique experience.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Breakfast included was really top tier. Very clean and the staff was really the best. Can’t stress enough how great the location is.

Cons:

Minor maintenance issues. Shower head needed replacing, carpet threshold needed securing at the bathroom. The bed seemed extremely soft. Easily the softest I’ve ever seen or heard of.

If you value understated luxury in a small historical hotel then you will love Kindli.
Pros:

The history, interior design, location, quality of staff and wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

Like much of Zurich, it’s expensive.
