Disappointed
Pros:

Modern facility, overall look, parking garage, facility extras

Cons:

The breakfast very disappointing-it was processed food and not good. The parking fee was extra and not included.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

I stayed at the one in Ft. Smith, Arkansas which was excellent and it built my expectations for this one. Very disappointing. I have no plans to ever stay again.

Great location, very clean, comfortable room, and friendly staff. We loved being close to downtown Asheville.

Het ideale hotel voor bezoek aan Biltmore estate en Asheville
Pros:

De kamer was voldoende ruim en comfortabel ingericht, fijne douche. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Mooi gelegen ontbijtgelegenheid, met gevarieerd aanbod van eten en drinken. Op vrijdag- en zondagavond was er een gratis shuttle service beschikbaar van 1600 tot 2200 uur waarmee je naar de binnenstad gebracht kon worden en daarna weer opgehaald op het door jou te bepalen tijdstip. Chauffeur Bill was vriendelijk, informatief en flexibel.

The staff was amazing! The manager came over and said hi and spoke to the littles! The breakfast was amazing!

Superb! Will be back!
Pros:

Breakfast variety was great. Gathering areas on several floors with great views. The breakfast area was big and had great view of downtown Asheville.

I asked for coffee at the front desk 2 days in a row bc I was out in my room. They had nonr and said they wpuld send it to my room- they never did. So I went to the breakfast area to fet coffee and iy was. old. Thats a big negative for me.

Pros:

Schöne Anlage, gut gelegen, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war sehr langsam und geräuschvoll. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sich auch Nichthotelgäste am Frühstücksbüffet bedient haben , es wurde nicht kontrolliert.

Shocked at pet charge!
Pros:

Nice, new hotel and very clean. Well designed room with good bed. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Parking garage available (first come, first serve). Nice pet area.

Cons:

Our room was just a few yards of I-240 on one side and Tunnel Road on the other side. The result was a very noisy room. Also, we were shocked at a pet charge of almost $150 for a three-night stay. We have never paid this much before, most hotels we have used are $15 to $25 per day with a maximum of $50 and up to $100 in one hotel. $50 daily is an outrageous amount to pay. We will not be staying here again.
