Delightful Mountain Views in a comfortable hotel with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Rooms very comfortable with excellent facilities including kitchenette and large shower.
Breakfast room and communal areas spacious. Staff delightful.

Cons:

It’s a pity that dogs are allowed in the breakfast area. I prefer food areas in commercial settings to be free of animals.

Pros:

Element stands above all hotels. The welcoming staff, very spacious rooms, and the included breakfast is out of this world. I've never seen the variety they offer you in the morning in any other hotel. I will look for an Element to stay in next time.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing!
