Muy bonitas vistas y las habitaciones muy limpias.

Cons:

Faltaba agua en una habitación y toallas en la otra habitación que pedimos. El personal no es muy amable y contestan pesado.

I like the staff friendliness

Cons:

I didn’t like how the rooms weren’t really clean. The water was dirty and it cut off at a point of time. I didn’t like how breakfast came with the room, but they chose your breakfast. You could not. I did not like the food. It was a 4/10 I feel like they need to fix up the area more because it’s not really presentable. The ocean view was great. The bathroom was not clean. The bathroom should be remodeled

Si volveremos a ir, a pesar de los iconvenientes el lugar esta bonito.
Pros:

Locacion y vista es buena, habitaciones limpias, parqueo disponible.

Cons:

Personal no es amable, no tiene vocacion de atencion, no saludan, tienen cara de mala gana. Se esta consumiendo y no quieren atender. Jardin dentro de una ducha no me parece muy buena idea.

Instalaciones hermosas con una de las mejores vistas al mar
Pros:

Las habitaciones con vista a la piscina y el mar son verdaderamente fascinantes, llegar y ver el horizonte es algo espléndido, la habitación verdaderamete cómoda y limpia, cuentan con parqueo amplio en las instalaciones y guardían las 24 horas, además cuentan con servicio de restaurante hasta la habitación lo que me pareció genial. Todo funcionaba correctamente, el A/C no dejó nada que desear ya que en la noche hace bastante calor. El precio me pareció de los mas razonables en la zona, hay otras opciones que no cuentan con las mismas amenidades por un precio mas elevado.

Cons:

Desde el momento de mi llegada noté que la atención del personal no es la mejor y ya lo había leído en otros comentarios al igual que el personal de restaurante además de que no tenían todas las opciones disponibles en el menú, soy de la idea de que el hospedaje mas caro del mundo con mala atención será mucho menos atractivo que un hospedaje económico con una atención excepcional. Este hospedaje tiene todo lo necesario para resaltar y explotar si se enfocaran en esos pequeños pero muy importantes aspectos. Me encantaría regresar en unos meses y que haya mejorado para darles una puntuación 10/10.

1er aniversario de bodas
Pros:

Tercera vez que vamos y siempre nos gusta la comida y el espacio. Muy especial ya que fuimos a celebrar el primer aniversario de casados con mi esposa, pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones muy temprano ya que teníamos la reservación para pasar la noche y check out es a la 1pm que es muy conveniente también. Incluye desayuno que siempre es muy bueno.

Cons:

podrían darle mantenimiento a la piscina ya que se están despegando algunos azulejos y un poquito de moho que empieza en un lado

La habitación que pedimos no era la que nos dieron, y la primera noche tuvimos que dormir así, hasta la segunda noche hicieron el cambio, tuve que pedir cambio de sábanas porque la cama estaba llena de pelos, realmente fue desagradable éso, en el desayuno pedimos leche para el café y nos dijeron que no había lech, pregúntamos por frutas en el desayuno y dijeron que no tenían frutas, pedí una piña colada y tampoco tenía, la entrada es horrible, no recomiendo ir en carro pequeño, el carro que llevamos se dañó, realmente la entrada es muy muy mala. El hotel está descuidado y le falta mantenimiento.
