Very nice hotel
Pros:

A very nice and modern hotel in the old town. It’s easy to walk to the main spots from the hotel. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. We had daily cleaning.

With a late arrival at 1.30 am we were told that no room was available. Another hotel was offered but we had to check out early on the hotel that was offered. With arriving so late I would of liked to have slept on rather than switched hotels. This is not acceptable and we should of been informed in advance to allow us the option to book another hotel. Then on our last day we couldn't access our room. We went to reception to be told that we didn't have another day and should of been checked out. This is a total disgrace and very poor management and communication amongst staff. This really did affect our stay in bucharest and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. When talking with the reception we were met with rude staff. The least they could do is offer a refund for the night we didn't stay in the room.

Pros:

Il design della struttura è veramente particolare e molto suggestivo. Lo staff è educato e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. Abbiamo anche chiesto la colazione anticipata per via del tour dei castelli e ci hanno accontentato.

Cons:

Non è colpa della struttura ma la mia schiena ahahah. I cuscini sono troppo soffici, perciò non mi sono trovato bene da quel punto di vista. Ne ho chiesti altri e mi hanno subito accontentato.
