Not his problem?!!!
Pros:

Nothing I was Totally ripped off
Charged for a room i never got to stay in because they had none and won't refund me

Cons:

These people were rude and stole my money. I paid for the night and they said tbey don't rent nightly so they didn't have a room nor did they give me a refund. The guy actually said "not my problem "

I booked the room online when I got to the location it let me know that they don't have the room that I booked available and he did not want to give me a different room for the same price that I booked online because it was his fault that he didn't have the room available he said he don't know how they let us book the room that we booked when he didn't have it available

Requested a handicap accessible room for a 85yr old woman on oxygen who can barely walk. They put us on the 3rd floor, didn’t offer to help with anything or move rooms to a lower floor.
