Our stay was a good experience. Will stay there again.
Pros:

Location and staff were great. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

I had to put the sheets on the sofa bed. Reserved the room for 3, felt the sheets should have been put on the sofa bed.

The room served the purposed for 1 night stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for what we were in town for. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. Room was very clean.

Cons:

The check in was not great as there was very limited parking in front of facility and you had to self park in the parking garage that was very tight parking which was not ideal for me in a dark underground garage. The staff was not super friendly checking us in as it was busy and only one person working desk. However once we got parked and checked in the facility served our one night stay adequately,

Good stay all round
Pros:

Good stay with more to the hotel than it looks when you first arrive. Swimming pool, gym and laundry room are all available.

A perfectly nice room awaited us and the complimentary buffet breakfast was a very nice touch.

The hotel is only maybe 15 minutes by uber from downtown and there are a number of restaurants and other shops nearby as well as Mcdonalds, Starbucks, Wahlgrens etc.

I would also like to record thanks to Larry and Sandrecka who were able to resolve an issue with the third party payment with very little problem.

Definitely a good choice of hotel if visiting this great city.

Room 616 - shower leaks - BAD - soaked the bathroom floor - it is obvious it has been going on for a while as the floorboard tile is coming off the wall from constantly being wet. Things like this should not go unnoticed or unrepaired.

The best hotel in Nashville !!!
Pros:

The Fairfield by Marriott’s staff is so pleasant and extremely helpful. We stayed at this 5 star hotel because of the power outages. The staff was so accommodating and very informative DeAndres explained the details of the invoice and always offered complimentary water along with the complimentary breakfast. I would stay here again and again.

Everything was nice

Cons:

Didn't like that I had to pay $25 for parking my car. I thought that was ridiculous. Won't stay there again. Considering I paid $200 for one night.
