Nada. El cuarto estaba sucio y no vale ni un cuarto de lo que nos costo...

Cons:

Nada, el cuarto pesimo. El pecio de lo que nos cobraron no tiene ni un sentido alguno. El recepcionaste que nos atendio en la noche cuando llegamos nos trato super x.

Pros:

Personal muy amable

Cons:

1. WiFi deficiente. Se corta seguido. Señal baja.
2. La cama solo tenía la sábana del colchón y solo se cubría con el cobertor de plumas.
3. Los enchufes de la habitación estaban escondidos debajo de los muebles.
4. La TV no tiene conexión a cable para ver TV abierta o canales de cable. Solo YouTube, Pluto TV, Netflix, etc.
5. Pese a que las ventanas tienen cristales tipo termo panel, se filtraba el ruido y costaba descansar en las noches.
6. Personal muy amable, pero a veces no resuelven las peticiones.
7. A la salida cuesta obtener taxis o Uber. El hotel no tiene taxis disponibles como en Zona 10.

Claramente NO es un hotel 5 estrellas como se venden. Es un 4 estrellas

Pros:

Restaurant waiting staff and cleaning staff were absolutely so kind and helpful honestly they were some of the most polite people and friendly i have meet. Very clean and spacious rooms. Smelled fresh. Food was nice upstairs. Close to everything

Cons:

Front desk staff weren't the best to communicate with. Gathered together hard to approach to be honest. There english wasnt great compared to places we staying in antigua lake atitlán and tikal and Escuintla.
