Pros:

El personal es especial, atento y entrega el servicio al cliente al más alto nivel.

Estuvimos muy enfermos un día y el hotel hizo todo lo humanamente posible por ayudarnos en todo el proceso.

Definitivamente enamorado del servicio.

Francamente todo. Instalaciones, gym, piscina, sauna, habitacion , elevador, restaurante y comida.
En verdad estan muy bien. Algo que no me haya gustado.. nada. Todo estuvo exclente. Recomendables. Volveré. Y soy exigente conste.

La habitación está bien, aunque las puertas del balcón no cerraban con llave, nos quedamos y no hicieron nada. Me parece un peligro si alguien lleva niños. Nosotros íbamos por una noche y no nos importó . Lo demás todo muy bien. Pero el hotel NO se merece las 5 estrellas definitivamente.

Cons:

El restaurante, la comida de lo peor que hemos comido, no pudimos comer lo que nos sirvieron, un pescado duro con sabor a refrigerador, se tardaron 45 minutos para llevarlo, seguro estaba congelado, una sopa de mariscos y verduras, que llevaba 1(uno) camarón y 2 almejas, lo demás solo verduras. Servilletas de papel y sin variedad de vinos. Parece cafetería. NO se merece las 5 estrellas. MUY MAL
