The staff was really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was all you can wish for. Highly recommended!

Anik hotel has colonial style design ..we booked a inter connectg room on the new wing which is spacious n comfortable..room design is fabulous..hotel staffs are courteous and helpful.Our guide cum driver Mr Kimlay is very courteous n helpful..he is a great guide..Food wise also gd esp the breakfast ..overall fully satisfied n strongly recommend Anik Palace.. This is my 3rd time stay in Anik and it will still be my choice on my next visits..new spa service which was really good with reasonable price

It has been a long time since I’ve stayed at a hotel that left me completely satisfied in every single aspect. From the moment I checked in, the staff's warm and professional hospitality set a wonderful tone, and I could feel their attentive care throughout my entire stay.
​The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so incredibly comfortable that I had a perfect night's sleep. The soundproofing allowed for a truly private and peaceful rest.
​The amenities (gym, spa, sauna, swimming pool etc) and breakfast were also outstanding and well exceeded my expectations.
You can really tell that meticulous attention was paid to every single detail. I will without a doubt book this hotel again next time I visit the area. My companion and I are leaving with wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

While officially a four-star establishment, this hotel delivers a service that is, quite frankly, indistinguishable from a true palace. From the moment one enters the hushed, velvet tones of the lobby, the neo-classical elegance—reminiscent of New York icons like The Carlyle—is utterly captivating.
​Our Classic Suite was a veritable sanctuary of calm: the bedding was divine, the soundproofing impeccable, and the spacious stone bathroom was the height of refinement. The absolute highlights, however, were the rooftop pool at sunset and a breakfast spread that was nothing short of bountiful.
​This is authentic luxury without the usual eye-watering bill. We were truly charmed! A special mention must go to the management team, who were both impeccably professional and wonderfully endearing.

Beautiful, pampering hotel. Excellent service. Immaculate comfortable room. It was great to go in the pool after a long hot day in the city. During the high season the pool might be on the smaller size but was perfect for us in April, especially with a good cocktail. Breakfast was very good - excellent croissants and coffee. We wish they had more 60 minute/affordable massages but that certainly is not a reason not to stay in this hotel.

I am visiting PP since 2008 and stayed everywhere in the city but Anik Palace my 1st time.

I have stayed at Anik Palace Hotel a number of times over the last 12 months, and my latest stay in March was just as good as the first.

The staff at Anik are always happy and attentive to all our needs. Our rooms were ready the moment we walked in, they supplied extra bottled water and other condiments promptly when requested, and even when things didn't go to plan (issues with air-conditioning / fans etc) the team fixed things with urgency or swapped our staff into other rooms without a fuss. I have a massive appreciation for the background work that the hotel manager, Sam, regularly puts in to ensure each stay is just as good as the last.

I cannot fault a thing about our stay. The rooms are comfortable, the Rooftop on Level 13 is a sensational place to wind down after your day, and the evelators now have air conditioning which is amazing!

Anik really feels like a home away from home, and when travelling for business regularly, that is exactly what we need. Our team will be travelling back to Phnom Penh shortly and will be rebooking another stay at Anik Palace.

Anik hotel is in a brilliant location, has fantastic facilities (the gym is exceptional), and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Stopped in Phnom Penh for just 2 nights as part of our Vietnam and Cambodia tour. Hotel was very welcoming with good facilities. Great shower and the AC in room worked. Drink prices were reasonable with 2 happy hours. The pool was amazing. All the staff really made an effort. Only fault which was minor was tv did not work in the room. Location is okay with a short tut tut ride to the normal tourist places for $2-3 per trip. Would recommend

Perfect location with great choice of restaurant nearby. Nice room and facilities. But the most impression to me is the hospitality of the whole team, from bell boy to reception or Sam - the GM of the hotel that I was lucky to have chance to talk to him. This make my stay in the hotel to.be unique. Feel like home.😍

Annika Palace Hotel in Phnom Penh Cambodia was well situated and easy access to the main tourist sites. The hotel is approx 4 years old and is designed to have a classic old charm about it. The staff were both friendly & professional. The 2 days we stayed there we had daily visits to Anik ROM Yol Spa for sauna, gym and facial treatments and massages including a 90 min hot stone massage. My firm massage yesterday by Met, was the best I have had in a long time. My partner enjoyed his medium pressure hot stone massage as well. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to organise 24 hrs blind massage which helps the blind community here. We can highly recommend staying here & having spa treatments. If we come back we would definitely stay here again, with a visit or 2 to the ROM Yol Spa
