Awesome place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. It was within walking distance of the train and the United Center. Only a few train stops from Greektown. The bed was ridiculously cloud like. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. And the staff was AMAZING!

Cons:

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. Or stay was wonderful.

Pros:

Room was big with nice kitchen and big windows.
Location was 5 minute walk to the "L", 15 minute walk to United Center and 15 minute walk to Little Italy.

Good location, spacious room and facilities.
Pros:

Overall we thought the hotel and facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious along with the hallways had plenty of room for everyone. It also felt very secure and safe with security guards and required key card entry for elevator. Breakfast was great had it all the basics and then some. Anything additional required all you had to do was ask and the staff was more than willing to help to accommodate your request.I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and I would also stay here again.

Cons:

We don't have many complaints, the only thing I could mention is that the ice machine was not working on our level which was an inconvenience. All in all that was our only complaint

I liked the hotel but i will look for less expensive options next time I visit the United Center.
Pros:

Staff was very courteous. The vintage building was upgraded but still kept some of the original asthetic which was nice. It is convenient for going to the United Center

Cons:

It was expensive. not a good value

Very nice hotel, great price. We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious. My husband and son enjoyed the pool table. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Location. Though the train is in walking distance there isn’t anything else nearby.
