Conociendo Oporto en alojamiento asequible para familias
Pros:

La ubicación y limpieza. Camas súper cómodas y limpiaban todos los dias. Personal muy amable

Quarto bom, casa de banho linda, limpeza impecável e atendimento dos funcionários maravilhoso.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionou bem nenhuma das 3 noites. Só isso foi ruim pois ele é muito antigo

Quarto pequeno demais, com má vistas e não vale o preço!
Pros:

Sem dúvida a limpeza e atendimento, apesar de que não nos informaram como procede o pequeno almoço( tens que pedir um dia antes para poderem comprar as coisas).

Cons:

Como o hotel é muito pequeno, a porta do quarto fica no corredor principal e se escuta tudo, para quem tem sono leve não é nada bom. A janela do quarto tinha vista para a lavanderia, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho mesmo( muito antigo), o telefone do quarto não funcionava. A rua do Hotel é feia mas depois tem uma principal onde encontras tudo que queres!
Não gostei da experiência, acho que por uns 50€ a mais podes ter muito mais.

Excelente
Pros:

Flexibilidade por parte da dona do hotel. Chegamos mais cedo e fizemos o check-in, o que para nós foi muito importante ainda mais com uma criança.
Houve cuidado atenção e empatia. Obrigada!

Pros:

I was particularly impressed with the customer service of the place. Dna. Edith e Dna. Lúcia made our stay an amazing experience with their exceptional professionalism and help with everything. Travelling with my elderly mother and aunt was a task an half, made easier by those lovely ladies with their help to take things up and down the stairs, and with anything we needed.
The place itself is very well kept, extremely clean and comfortable.
Will definitely stay again and for sure I recommend if you are looking for a home feeling, well located and on budget place to stay.

Cons:

Absolilutely nothing to dislike.

Pros:

camera ben tenuta, location ottima. La colazione offre buone scelte. Ha una zona bar e area gioco da biliardo niente male. Il letto era comodo, io ho dormito bene

Cons:

Metterei la SPA ad un prezzo minore ad accesso, oppure dar la possibilità di pagare per accessi ripetuti/includerla nel soggiorno.
