לא אהבנו כלום.
יחס מחפיר, מידע שיקרי בתאור המקום, הובטחה חניה בתשלום. אין חניה. אם במקרה יהיה ברחוב זה יעלה כסף.. מיזוג, לא היה, הטענה הייתה שיש תקלה במיזוג.

יחס מחפיר, מידע שיקרי בתאור המקום, הובטחה חניה בתשלום. אין חניה. אם במקרה יהיה ברחוב זה יעלה כסף.. מיזוג, לא היה, הטענה הייתה שיש תקלה במיזוג.. בגלל ששילמנו, והיגענו מאוחר אז נשארנו חילה אחד בלבד. הצוות התווכח איתנו . למרות שהראינו לו את התשובות על החניה מראש, הם התכחשו לכך.
הובטח בפרסום שבכל חדר יש קומקום וערכת קפה. כמובן שלא היה!
מגיע לנו החזר על יומיים!! עוגמת הנפש והצורך לחפש מלון חדש לשני לילות במקום במלון הזה.

Personale molto cordiale, accogliente e preparato

Cons:

Molte cose nella stanza erano rotte tra cui il rubinetto del lavandino, il pulsante dello sciacquone, la maniglia della porta di ingresso e una presa all’ingresso (oltretutto anche pericoloso).
C’è inoltre un cattivissimo odore che entra anche nella stanza e purtroppo non va via.
Abbiamo inoltre trovato delle macchie sulle lenzuola e abbiamo avvisato il personale che è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ed è stato pronto a cambiarcele subito ma purtroppo anche le “nuove” lenzuola erano macchiate. La zona non è proprio tranquilla e comoda per muoversi.

Pitoyable, nous avons écourté notre séjour au lieu de passer cinq jours, on n’en a passé que trois

La clim de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas
Les chambres sont toutes collées, donc on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres
On ne pouvait pas aérer car il n’y avait pas de fenêtre

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue bastante negativa. Durante nuestra estancia había ruido constantemente, especialmente por las noches, lo que dificultaba mucho el descanso.

El personal también fue una gran decepción. Nos trataron fatal y sentimos que en ningún momento hubo interés por atender nuestras quejas o solucionar los problemas que tuvimos.

Lo más grave ocurrió una de las noches, cuando tuvimos un incidente y no había absolutamente nadie disponible para ayudarnos. No había personal en recepción ni siquiera un número de teléfono al que poder llamar para pedir asistencia, algo que consideramos totalmente inaceptable en un alojamiento.

En definitiva, no nos sentimos cómodos ni bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia. Por nuestra experiencia, no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí ni lo recomendaríamos.
