My room was clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was pretty comfortable.
The common areas are cute, with a piano, books, nice wall decorations, etc. It feels like a homey, comfortable space.
It was convenient to be able to eat dinner in the restaurant, and I enjoyed what I ordered.
I never had to wait for access to the shared toilets or showers.
My room was quite noisy. I got a ton of noise transfer from the hallway and neighboring rooms. People generally quieted down by about 11pm but I had hoped to go to bed earlier.
While my room was clean, the toilets and showers were not serviced often so got pretty dirty. I also didn't like that the shower area had no hooks for hanging clothes, no provided shampoo/soap and no shelf for your own.
When I checked in, the front desk person said she'd call me a taxi for my 5:30am departure to the airport and have a packed breakfast for me, but that wasn't done. There were 2 taxis waiting for other guests but not for me, and they had to call their dispatcher to get it sorted. I also didn't get breakfast.
The location is very convenient to the port, including certain boat tours. It's not as convenient to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of town, as you have to go up a hill to reach those.
Because of how expensive Greenland is, I booked some options with shared bath, including this one, but I would recommend not doing that if you can avoid it. I still paid a lot and felt I didn't get that much in return.

Location to cruise terminal, breakfast and dinner fine
Check in was a bit slow and the credit card terminal did not work well. It kept apparently refusing cards (even though the device said "accepted" ) that eventually did work...possible issues with the network connection. So we were left wondering if we were double charged.
Small thing, but no herbal or fruit tea in the rooms - only flavoured black teas, and also no decaf coffee (also not at breakfast)

A little noisey during the day and early but quiet at night after 1030pm.

Carrying luggage up 2 floors was unexpected
The hotels location is very convenient and the views are beautiful. The hotel is right next to the harbor where the water taxis depart from. The hotel has got a warm and cosy feel and we enjoyed the restaurant which has got a nice selection of local dishes.

Pokoj velký, akorát s výhledem na vířivku - kdokoliv, kdo byl zrovna ve vířivce, se mohl dívat do mého pokoje (a naopak).
