The worst hotel experience I've ever had.
We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were pressured to leave a 5-star review before being given our room at 12:00 PM, even though I had requested early check-in in advance.
The hotel also required a USD 300 security deposit. At check-out, the staff claimed that we had scratched the electric cooktop and refused to return the deposit. The mark they showed us appeared old and could have existed before our stay. We did not cause any damage.
We had to call the police to resolve the situation. After the police arrived, the hotel returned only USD 200, while keeping USD 100, despite not providing convincing evidence that we were responsible for the alleged damage.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and ruined the end of our holiday. I strongly recommend that future guests inspect and photograph the entire room, especially the kitchen and any existing marks, immediately upon check-in if they are required to pay a security deposit.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Un gros problème de mauvaise odeurs du a l humidité qui gâche le séjour mes vêtements sont restés dans la valise et malgré ça ils puent l humidité

Завтраки разнообразные и в этой локации отелей 4 звезды, наверно лучшие.
В день рождения, на завтраке подарили тортик и спели песенку, очень приятно. 👍
Уборка есть что улучшать, но в целом пойдёт.
Писали про сырость в номере, у нас была. Включаешь кондиционер и всё проходит.
Были мелкие муравьи. На ресепшен дали электронную «ловушку».
Помогает пока включена.
Больше ни каких проблем не возникало.
Номер 2805, вид на отели в сторону моря.
Море тоже видно.

A smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable stay with friendly staff and a great location.
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at Wekata Luxury Hotel. From check-in, the staff were polite and welcoming, and everything was smooth. The room was spacious enough, clean, and had everything I needed. I especially liked how quiet it was at night. Staff always ready to help if you ask something. Good location too, easy to go around and near to the beach. Happy with my stay.

A very warm welcome. The staff are fantastic. AJ at the front desk will be a great help in organizing your activities. The room was superb and kept spotless at all times.

Cons:

The AC in one room was a little bit noisy. In our bathroom is missing a front light, it will be great if they add one.
