It was good because of staff and location but could have been better with a good breakfast & room.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were friendly. Pool was good. The hotel restaurant was nice.

Cons:

The room was dirty when we arrived and we had to get this changed. We were charged $100 per night fee which was not stated online, online states $100 fee but not that this is per night. The room was quite small and the ocean view is not great considering what you pay for it.

Moxy is lit.
Pros:

The pool party with DJ on Saturday. The bikes, even though I didn't get to ride. The complimentary bikes are cool, keep that. The bar outside and Happy Hour. There was other African American guest. Good vibe, met people.

The rooms are INSANELY small. We could barely even open our suitcases because there was so little space. But honestly, that was the least of our problems.

We stayed for 4 nights and our room was NEVER cleaned once. After our third night, we still hadn’t had housekeeping come by, our towels hadn’t been replenished, and our garbage was piling up. We asked the front desk FOUR separate times to have our room cleaned and were repeatedly told someone would come. Before going out for dinner, they specifically promised us that someone would clean the room while we were gone.

We came back that night and, once again, nobody had come.

At that point, we went downstairs for the FIFTH time to complain, and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the woman at the front desk told us to “calm down.” Seriously? After three days, five requests, no room cleaning and no fresh towels, I think our frustration was more than justified.

Even when we called just asking for clean towels, nobody came to bring them. We literally had to take our own garbage out of the room and leave it outside the door because housekeeping never showed up.

To make the experience even worse, they then tried to charge us a $500 smoking fee when we DO NOT smoke. We had been using curling irons/hair tools, and the room had practically no ventilation - no ventilation fan, and the window didn’t even open. We absolutely did not smoke in the room and were shocked that they tried to charge us $500 USD for it.

For what you pay to stay here, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Tiny rooms, nonexistent housekeeping, repeated requests ignored, rude customer service when we finally complained, and then an unjustified $500 smoking charge on top of everything.

Horrible experience. We will never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend it.

Your hotel is very beautiful but with a little more adjustment it will be great

Design of the facility was nice. Saturday activities was great.

Cons:

1. I had extra fees taking me that cause me to limit my trip. They fixed it but it wouldn’t be returned for another 5 days which didn’t help my situation. It defeated the purpose of me coming on this trip.
My toilet seat was slanted, you had to sit side ways to use the bathroom. Lastly you were unable to charge your phone. My cousin and I sat our phones on the charger for hours and even over night and we still couldn’t get a full charge. I also had a portable radio that couldn’t charge.
