Great but if coming back to Miami we wouldnt stay here again due to the lack room storage.
Pros:

The hotels overall vibe was very cool! It was friendly, relaxed and welcoming! The pool was great!

Cons:

No breakfast, just a shop. Very expensive. The rooftop restaurant was not as seen in the photographs. It was smaller and a bit scruffy. The rooms are very small which is fine but there is not enough storage, meaning it was quite messy. We only had 4 hangers for 2 people and we stayed for a week so had quite a lot of clothes which had to remain in our suitcases.

It’s placed at a great location - heaps of restaurants & bars. Also very closer to the beach.

Cons:

I paid extra for breakfast - however, breakfast is literally nothing so I would even bother paying for it.

The location was nice. The room is very small, I did like the storage on the wall which helped to hang bags nd wet cloth
Pros:

The pool and the pool service was nice on the second floor. The staff are excellent and courteous.

Cons:

The room was too small for 1 child and two adults with two queen beds.

Great location in South Beach with wonderful pool and roof terrace
Pros:

Great location in the middle of South Beach, only a short (3min) stroll to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars, wonderful pool area with music and bar, the rooms and hotel facilities are mondern and clean, breakfast available, but we went to a bakery down the street, roof terrace was open and accessible during our stay, which is a nice location for an evening drink overlooking South Beach

Cons:

We had a family room with two bunk beds for 5 people, which was quite tight and the couch is too small to sleep on, even for young kids.

I had an exceptional experience thanks to Tomas at the front desk. He truly made my day today with his professionalism and genuine kindness.

Tomas went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He didn’t just do his job, he made me feel valued, and completely taken care of. He exceeded every expectation.

Great hotel but go for the people!
Pros:

Arrived early with zero expectation of getting into my room — Thomas and Mica made it happen anyway. They were professional, funny, and genuinely kind about the whole thing. Exactly the kind of welcome you hope for but rarely get.
Next morning at I noticed every guest was happy, people were actually talking to each other, and Michal greeted me by name before I had one sip of coffee. By NAME. That's the kind of thing you remember.
Moxy South Beach has great vibes, but the people running it are the real reason to book. Come back? Absolutely.
