Un service client vraiment excellent (sans supplément)
Pros:

Tout a été super! Le personnel est vraiment au service des clients et toutes les personnes avec qui nous avons été en interaction ont été vraiment impeccables. Cela montre que la culture du service est au top. L'hôtel est au cœur de Esch-Belval et la chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable. J'y retourne les yeux fermés si je reviens à Esch !

Pros:

In der Nähe der Rockhal und einem großen Einkaufszentrum.
Haltestelle vom Bus in die Stadt in der Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel können in ganz Luxemburg kostenlos genutzt werden, daher kann man das Auto stehen lassen!
Parkplätze an der Straße am Samstag ab 18 Uhr bis Montag 8 Uhr kostenlos.
Toll war die kleine Küchenzeile!

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnte sehr schlecht Englisch, und wir kein Französisch, aber ihr Kollege konnte helfen.
Parkplatz vom Hotel fanden wir recht teuer. Der Park&Ride Parkplatz neben der Rockhal ist günstiger!
Wir hatten kein Frühstück, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen

Goed verblijf voor een doorreis.
Pros:

De kamers waren ruim, proper, goede douche. Goed ontbijtbuffet met de mogelijkheid om een roerei bij te bestellen.

Cons:

Dure parking, 28 Euro per nacht.

Pros:

Lokalizacja nieopodal Rockhall co w przypadku przyjazdu na koncert po prostu genialne. Śniadanko smaczne, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. W pobliżu jest też stara huta która warto zwiedzić

Die Ausstattung

Cons:

Das parken war etwas kompliziert, da man nicht gut in der Umgebung halten konnte und man aber den Schlüssel zuvor für das Parkhaus benötigt um einfahren zu können. Einfacher ist es zu zweit mit der Anreise
