Pros:

The stuff was generally kind and nice, helped with booking the trip. The location is very good.

Cons:

Educate your stuff not to bother the customer several times with updating the card. Card was up to date, there was also enough balance in VND and able to be pulled from, but the stuff still kept contacting me. If you have technical problem on your side, just wait until the customer arrives and pays by card.

Also the other guests were noisy and going between rooms like in the village and speaking loud until the night.

The Room level was booked High floor, but got just the low floor.

Pros:

The location requires taxi rides to go to most places but Taxis are really cheap. The breakfast is good although repetitive. Cereal choices are Rice Crispies only. Plenty of hot food to suit far eastern appetites.

Cons:

Dining room is very busy causing a shortage of tables. Best get there early.
Brilliant staff. New towels & room/bed tidied every day
