Cons:

The toilet in our room was not working properly and when I called the front desk I was told they will send someone to look at it but they have no rooms. When I checked online there were still rooms available.

Pros:

Loved the pool and breakfast!

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that when booking no one notifies that there is a damage deposit of 400 cad, the second point is that we were staying with children 2 and 6 years old. My six year old found a used razor attachment on the floor in the bathroom!!! What could have happened if my two-year-old child had found him!?! A huge minus is that you can’t open the window even a little, because the air conditioner makes noise and interferes with sleep at night!

Kelvin, the Filipino guy at the front desk, is amazing!
Pros:

We had an issue with our reservation due to a mistake we made, and we were very stressed because the hotel was already fully booked. Thankfully, Kelvin went above and beyond to help us. He was very kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole situation.
Despite the hotel being fully booked, he still managed to provide us with two rooms and made our vacation smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you so much, Kelvin, for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. You are amazing!
