Quiet comfort in lovely surroundings plus a warm welcome. A friendly hotel with like minded guests.

Could not fault it in any way, very accommodating, nothing was too much for them and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a beautiful stay, friendly host and nice breakfast. We were given a map of the area and how to get to local attractions, that really helped. If we ever come back to Shanklin, we will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed getting away from corporate hotels to a smaller hotel, the staff and other guests are all super friendly.

Very friendly family run hotel. Gave me the feeling I staying with my Grandma for a few days. Good view from the pool , terrace and living room. Apparently some of the rooms too.

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. I stayed there with my two children and we were all very happy. The hotel is very comfortable and has a lovely family atmosphere. The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always very helpful, which made us feel welcome from the very beginning.

Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The swimming pool was also great — my children absolutely loved it and had so much fun there. The overall conditions were really good and the whole stay felt very comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for families with children.

Jill and Julian are very friendly hosts and resolved problems that arose during our stay. The room was cold as the radiator was not working so our first night was freezing. Julian set to work on this and resolved the problem. However, it was difficult to set the radiator to a comfortable temperature. There is no heat in the bathroom which meant that the towels were damp but not replaced.

During the day the room wasn't cleaned so we received apologies for this. Once rectified complimentary refreshments were provided.

The waitress service was attentive and nothing was too much trouble. One of the mornings was fully booked which delayed breakfast orders and the dining area could be planned better as residents were finding it difficult to navigate to the juice and coffee areas.
Overall the cost of the break was good value for money and the friendly staff made for a pleasant break.

We had a wonderful stay here. Jill, the manager was so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean and bright and the bed was comfortable too 😁. The kids loved mucking around in the pool and the pool table was an added bonus! We will definitely come back.

We had a lovely few days/nights at The Eastmount hall hotel, all staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, tea and toast provided upon arrival to the breakfast room. Jill is amazing, very modest lady who made us all feel welcome to her hotel. Riley enjoy playing pool and drinking the appetisers. The complimentary cream tea upon arrival was a lovely welcomed treat. Would very much stay again. The Sait family.

We liked the friendly proprietors,the friendly staff,the cleanliness,the heated outdoor pool.the superb breakfast which was freshly cooked to order on heated plates and the price was great also local for everywhere

Lovely staff, great location and sea views

We found the room very small as was the bathroom. It was very clean and the owners were very friendly.
Loved the fact we could take a bus to most of the venues that were offered, just wished we had more room.
