Pros:

Хареса ни района,природата ,мястото като цяло ,но има върху какво още да се помисли като пътя до там и указателните табели!

Cons:

Като цяло храната и стаите не са най- доброто,което може да бъде за цените,които се плащат! Бяхме с ваучер и въпреки ,че бяхме уговорили срещу доплащане да ни предоставят по-луксозен апартамент,на мястото ни настаниха в стая не толкова уютна, имаше проблем и с вратата (случва се ),но един цял ден стоя отключена,докато я поправят с извинението ,че има камери и няма страшно да изчезне нещо от багажа ни! Дегустацията,която бяхме заявили,също не беше някак поднесена опознавателно ,просто ни се представиха вина в ресторанта,които и сам можеш да разгледаш и изчетеш в интернет за тях! Ресторанта е хубав като сграда и обстановка, но макар че има табела и се препоръчва да го посетиш елегантно облечен ,храната в него не е толкова добра! В салатата ни имаше стари листа марула и спанак ,мидите Сен Жак (не знаехме ,че черупките им се използват за сервиране докато не се счупят и на други гости след нас (много оздачаващо нали:) !!!! Месото,което ни сервираха на дегустацията беше с червен печат който се виждаше ,също така беше старо,жилаво и тлъсто. Съответно, ние го върнахме и си поискахме плато с сирена ,защото това беше по време на дегустация! Сервираха ни обикновенно сирене с домати( подходящо за червено вино нали)!!! Другото месо директно го отказахме със следващото вино, изхождайки от първото! Накрая питайки за управителя за да споделим и да помогнем за доброто име на ресторанта ,ни беше отказана такава среща и ни принудиха да си платим това месо,което ние въобще не консумирахме и отказахме да го приготвят!!! Обяснението ,че са сервирали плато със сирена на негово място!!!Пакета включващ дегустация бил това и щем не щем трабва да ядем или както в нашия случай да платим!!!
Е платихме си и не бяха проблем парите ,а отношението!!!!:(
МНОГО НЕ ПРОФЕСИОНАЛНО !!! Табели за това ,че се чустваш като в приказка,навсякъде!!
Е не се почуствахме така и ако трябва да сравним с други места с дегустация ,тук беше най-ниско като ниво на обслужване,иначе вината са хубави!!!

Impressive property, not that good experience
Pros:

The property itself is beautiful, with impressive architecture, a unique atmosphere, and stunning surroundings. The concept has enormous potential, and the rooms were comfortable and aesthetically designed. There was a nice compliment for the guests in the room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service and organization did not match the quality and potential of the property. Our reservation for 3 adults, including breakfast, was confirmed almost two months in advance, yet upon arrival we were unexpectedly informed that dinner was only available through a mandatory 100 EUR per person package that had not been mentioned at the time of booking. We also informed both the reception and restaurant staff in advance about our early departure and were assured breakfast boxes would be prepared, but both the reception and restaurant were unattended in the morning and we left without the prepaid breakfast. In addition, the room was prepared for only 2 guests despite the reservation being for 3 adults. The bathroom door was damaged and extremely difficult to close.

Не отговори на очакванията ни и представянето
Pros:

Определено беше оскъдна, бухти, мекици и неща, който не ядем. Почти не закусвах. Пресни плодове и кисело мляко и толкова

Cons:

Очаквахме една идея повече. И определено няма да повторим.

Pros:

La struttura del castello molto bella e scenica. Abbiamo dormito nell'edifico nuovo. Camera molto bella e letto comodo, tutto pulito. Temperatura in camera perfetta. La camera aveva accesso al patio ma molto trascurato.
