Pros:

Fijn hotel, goede bedden. Ook fijn dat er een koelkast e.d. is. Het ontbijt was heel goed, veel keuze en het werd goed bijgevuld.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.
We verbleven 4 nachten en na 2 dagen kregen we weer schone handdoeken. Ook kregen we een wereldstekker te leen.

Cons:

Ik miste een plankje/kastje naast het bed.
Verder zaten we in een kamer met een verbindingsdeur naar een andere kamer. Hierdoor was het gehorig.

Brilliant 3 night stay
Pros:

Lovely staff, great location near tube station and shops. The room had everything we needed including a fridge oven and sink. This is our 2nd stay and was able to get a high floor which was appreciated

Cons:

Breakfast options were mostly continental and you helped yourself, knowing how to work the juicer and drink pad i needed help

A Reliable Choice for Business Travel
Pros:

This was my second stay at The Gate London, this time for business, and I can highly recommend it.

The rooms are clean, practical, and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the gym is very good, and the breakfast is excellent.

I would especially like to mention Augustine from the breakfast team. He is extremely friendly, always welcoming, and I was happy that he remembered me from my first stay. His personal touch made the experience even better.

I look forward to staying here again.

Pros:

I been staying at the Gate for over a week, it’s so crazy hot in London durning the stay. But thanks to the air conditioning and the friendly staffs in the Gate I had an amazing time. Especially Saikot and Tanya they both helped me a lot with my crazy check in and check out and always make sure I can enjoy my time in the hotel!
Strongly recommended this lovely hotel and they are pets friendly as well! 🫶

Las habitaciones son inseguras y le falta mantenimiento cortinas rotas baños con la mampara rota enchufes luces etc

Que a pesar de que está lejos del centro hay varios buses que te llevan al centro y aeropuerto

Cons:

Que estaba en muy malas condiciones la habitación incluso inseguridad en el baño sobre todo y no tenía a NADIE Que te pudiera atender tampoco hacen caso a los correos electrónicos ni tampoco los mensajes de la aplicación de booking

Good rooms, lovely staff!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at The Gate. The staff is great, though I have to especially point out Saikot and Greg, as they both made us feel home from the first moment we stepped into the hotel.

Pros:

Modern and a good breakfast

Cons:

Washing machine did not work. Staff could not find a solution until after 1am… not resourceful. Water in bathroom stopped due to faulty sensor. TV signal was poor.

Comodissimo anche per treno Express da aeroporto di Stansted...1 fermata di metro
