The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit noisy early in the morning as it was on a busy street but close to the station, shops and restaurants. The customer service was a standout, they really bent over backwards to help. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area.
The staff were friendly, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. It was good value. The car park was well lite and clean. It was a home away from home.
My stay was made very comfortable by the staff who greeted me on arrival and cleanliness of the apartment the convenience of parking and the location I just could not speak highly enough of how happy I was during my stay
Aways an exceptional stay at the Quest Preston. I usually stay for work, the amenities and location make it the perfect place to stay. Every staff member displays excellent customer service, and check in and check out is seemless every time. Will definitely be back.

I really liked the room and facilities. I have never stayed somewhere so quiet or comfortable.
I found the two heavy doors into the apartment tricky - getting through with a pram and a toddler was hard.
We like the ground-floor room. Spacious and close to the toilet. Away from the noisy main road and a short walk from the car park. Staff are polite and helpful. Changed our room to the ground floor as per our booking request.
No swimming pool.
The property was amazing good position close to buses rams and trains and Preston market and Woolworths and a 15 minute walk to the train startup which takes you straight to the city. The showers are amazing and the beds also so comfortable
I have stayed here many times in fact once a month I’m there this time though I was place on the main road. Light from across the rd make night look like day time and the traffic weekdays felt like they were in your room. Which was the down side to this visit. I could of asked to be moved but I didn’t want to cause any issues
We had a wonderful stay at Quest Preston in their two-bedroom accessible apartment. The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very well designed for accessibility. It comfortably accommodated our family, and having two bedrooms made our stay so much easier.
