Great value apartments with great staff

Really lovely staff and great room size.

Cons:

I had a problem with a broken and VERY noisy aircon which meant a night with no sleep. The receptionists swapped my room the next day and were super lovely about it all.

Always a delight and a treat
Pros:

I stay here often and always have a good experience. This time I just booked a studio, the smaller apartment choice, but even that was very comfortable with great views. Staff pay attention to your preferences as they get to know you, and accommodate where possible. Bed was dreamy, shower heavenly, and it was a quiet and peaceful stay.

We loved it, was very convenient to visit family in Preston. Will stay again.
Pros:

Modern, clean, great space and loved the washer & dryer and the shower was excellent. Good location to Preston shops and food outlets. Bus stops outside and close to rail and tram links.

Cons:

Verandah was overlooking offices. Felt like I was being watched when on verandah.
