Pros:

Room was clean & comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

Not true reception is manned 24hrs. You have to bussed for attention. Poor customer relation.

Great location and good having a restaurant so close
Pros:

Did not have breakfast.
But did eat lunch and dinner during our stay and it was very nice and reasonably priced

Pros:

I have been before and am never disappointed. The room is clean and tidy, the noise is minimal, the water is hot, tea and coffee making facilities in the room and I feel safe when I am there. The rooms are around a court yard and near to reception. The hotel is not far from the M! motorway and is based near to Hucknall town Centre which boasts a large Tesco open till midnight every day bar Sunday. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Not a lot

Cons:

The staff from the pub was out talking extremely loudly till 1/2am ON A THURSDAY couldn’t sleep at all, the window wouldn’t close, room was filthy I refused to take my shoes off, blood and hair on the bed

Pros:

Clean room. Loved it was away from the pub so no noise. It was in a quiet area too. Staff were great in reception, bar and the ladies at breakfast were phenomenal nothing too much trouble thank you 😊
