Bien et agréable
Pros:

La chambre était très bien.
Puis le petit déjeuner était correcte.

Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute.
L’accueil, les musiciens étaient exceptionnels

Cons:

La partie sanitaire des chambres qui a vraiment besoin d’être refaite à neuf sincèrement.

La piscine se trouve au rooftop et l’eau a pas été nettoyé depuis très longtemps, elle était trouble et la piscine très petite. Ne pas ce fier aux photos.

Super emplacement et personnel agréable.

Cons:

Pas très propre. Nos draps étaient sales, les équipements dans la chambre (verres, tasses, bouilloire) étaient poussiéreux et mal nettoyés. La douche était cassée. La baie vitrée également, c’était comme si la fenêtre était ouverte. La piscine un peu petite par rapport à la taille de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner trop répétitif et très peu de choix (pas de fruits, yaourts etc).

Très mauvaise expérience malgré une réservation confirmée.

J’avais réservé deux chambres via Booking, confirmation reçue et paiement effectué plusieurs semaines à l’avance. Aucun signal d’alerte avant mon arrivée.

Le jour même, à l’aéroport, l’hôtel me contacte pour m’annoncer que les chambres ne sont plus disponibles suite à un problème technique, et me demande de ne pas venir.

Aucune prise en charge, aucune solution alternative proposée (relogement, partenariat, assistance…). Il m’a simplement été demandé d’annuler moi-même la réservation.

Cela entraîne :
• Une arrivée sans solution d’hébergement
• Une recherche urgente dans un contexte contraint et donc plus d hôtels correspondants à nos critères
• Une avance financière supplémentaire
• Un remboursement non immédiat

Ce manque de professionnalisme et de responsabilité est particulièrement surprenant pour un établissement de ce niveau.

Je recommande vivement aux futurs clients de rester prudents.
